FedEx Delivery Nightmare
Previously had good experiences with Ecco Verde. They were excellent.
This time, however, something has changed. Have been severely messed about by the courier, FedEx. I'm sorry, this FedEx experience has put me off from purchasing from Ecco Verde. Never again.

Had no problems !
I was skeptical at first after reading the comments here. But they were the only one having the product that I needed (Khadi Indigo) It was delivered in time and I had no issues :) I will definitely buy again.

eyeshadows:The color was great, and they even arrived undamaged ( not like purobio bronzer), after 2 time of usage ( they were in my cosmetic bag I take with me) they got ruined- the lid is not closing properly or easily gets open by itself. So all bag is dirty, eyeshadows ruined. Same with their bronzer. Can’t they make proper packaging??? Unfortunately not gonna buy again. Never happened before with any brand.

Poor custumer services
placed an order with them in May 2025 for 2 eyeliners and a blusher, the delivery price was £6, when I received the parcel there were not eyeliners wich was very dissapointing as I planned to used them for an event, I contacted them to let them know I had only received 1 of 3 items on the Friday i received my parcel, I had a reply a few days later, they say they were sorry, can you send photos of the box for us to investigate? By then the box had been flattened and in my recycling bag, due for the recycling bins, luckily still in my kitchen, so I sent photos, I assured them the eyeliners weren't there and no gaps in the box, as they asked to make sure.
At this point I wasn't offered a full refund, I asked if they could please refund me the delivery price £6 since I only received one item of 3. They said No, we can't because you received one item. I also searched my emails for a receipt for my order, turns out they had not sent me a receipt for my purchase, I didn't expect any problems with my order so I didn't realised not invoice had been sent
I requested for them to send one and they did. I asked if I would be getting a replacement for the eyeliners or a refund, they say a refund but not delivery included. I asked if they would offer a full refund delivery included as a goodwill gesture after all the inconvenience and dissapointment but they say no.
In overall this was one of my worse online shopping experiences and I won't be placing another order with them in the future or recommend Ecco verde to friends.

Palm Oil in Savon du Midi Products
This is actually a review of a product range that Ecco Verde supplies, rather than Ecco Verde itself. I have been buying Savon du Midi soaps for many years because they are made with natural ingredients and are suitable for vegans. Now I notice that the soaps include palm oil derivatives in their ingredients. I am shocked and outraged that a product range that prides itself on ethics has chosen to jump on the palm oil bandwagon. Palm oil production is NOT sustainable or ethical because it destroys animal habitats and replaces them with enormous swathes of same-crop non-diversity. I will NOT buy any product that flouts environmental ethics; I will no longer buy Savon du Midi products. My two star award is a reflection of Ecco Verde's choice to stock palm oil-derived products. My award for Savon du Midi would be one star.

Excellent products and service
I have been shopping all my make up and skin care products from this website for early six years now. I'm very happy with the quality and the costumer service. They can be sometimes a bit slow, but that's the whole spirit of buying from small companies so I don't mind at all.
My favorite online shop
I am a returning customer for over 6 years now and I feel very lucky to have found this online shop. Huge range of eco products, great prices (cheaper than in stores), fast shipment (usually 7 days maximum, my last order came within 3 days). Seems like they have good customer service (as I only had to contact them once), resolved my issue with damaged product (which wasn't even their fault) to my satisfaction. I cannot understand why their rating is so low here, keep up the great work Ecco Verde guys!

I really don't get the negative reviews. I have been ordering from this company for many years. I have never had a problem. They have the best prices for the products I buy (a lot of Lavera products), the delivery is usually very fast and the one time I had to contact the customer service, they were very helpful and sorted the problem out (one item arrived broken). For me, this company has been great.
SCAM!
SCAM!! first they couldn’t find my address ! Then it was broken / damaged . How they know this at source I don’t know as it’s still not here . They only send generic e mails. They don’t respond . I have got a refund from my bank after contacting the fraud team. I hope this is seriously investigated as the other reviews that don’t say scam must be fake . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !

They sent me oil in a glass bottle where the bottom of the box has been torn off which I didn't see, lifted the product out to take a look and of course it smashed all over the floor and they say they can't open a case as the delivery box was not damaged. Sending products in old or damaged boxes, i will not be using this company again

Used to be good, now horrible
Used to love this store, but their logistics turned into a complete nonsense, and customer support is an absolute crap too.
They lost my shipment, I had to waste my time emailing with them, filling in papers that I did not get it (even though tracking showed it never even reached my country). Even though I was a loyal customer for years, they communicated as if their screw-ups were somehow my fault.
Then the package arrived after more than 3 months - if I knew it was that lost package, I would have left it in the post office (and who the hell still uses post services for shipments? No other company I order from does that and for a good reason too, knowing that unless you buy for 65€ or more you have to pay 10€ for delivery - that's just ridiculous), since I clearly did not need it anymore after 3 months. So at the end I had to communicate with those annoying incompetent "customer care" employees and pay for something I have no need for anymore, just to end this nonsense with them (wasting even more of my time trying to return it seemed like one more way to get into an endless nonsense with them, especially after reading other reviews).
And in general - they are out of stock all the time, shipments are constantly delayed. They were a nice company in the beginning, but now their logistics and customer support are just a straight way to a bad experience for customers.

The returned product arrived at the German warehouse on December 4th, but the customer service continues to reject it, I also sent her a photo of the delivery note

Abysmal experience with delivery
Very good products with reasonable prices, however, the customer service experience and the problems with delivery on time is shocking. The last two orders I had with them were late, of which the current one might be about a two to three weeks later than expected.

Really impressed!
There seem to be some really diverse reviews on here (and quite a few Ecco Verde businesses so I'm not sure if I have the right one), but I ordered 14 items from Ecco Verde UK and they were all delivered in perfect condition (and 3 days early!) from Austria. They were packaged brilliantly and a question I asked after ordering was responded to quickly and politely. Really impressed and I'll be using again.
Terrible customer service + product only 3/4 filled up
I ordered many times with ecco verde. As long as there is no problem, all good. But the moment a problem appears, the customer service is really the worst I've ever experienced. I've received a bottle of liquid bath soap which was only 3/4 filled up. Given the cost and my time to take pictures and send an e-mail I would have expected an appology and a full refund of the bottle of Chf 8.25 (my whole order was over chf 170!!). No appology received, only an offer of a 50% refund as a gift voucher. So no refund. After further exchanges, still no appology and the person wrote that it happens often that bottles do not get filled up completely. She still refused to refund and only offered a gift voucher. I was really offended by the fact that they are aware this is happening but just hope the client wouldn't find the time to send an e-mail.. and do not take any action to fix this nor do they take any responsibility. The lady even told me that if I left the bottle standing for 5 minutes, it would fill up a bit more (which it did for 2mm). She didn't understand that this is not the point. Really incredible, highly unprofessional. I prefer to buy my products in a real store from now onwards, it is not worth the waste of my time.
After many e-mail exchanges I received a reply that they would exceptionnaly refund this product. She however stated that it is completely normal that the products are not filled up completely. Talking about 3/4 of a bottle, supported with images. I also asked twice for the contact details of a manager which I didn't get. Apparently no manager working there who can take any responsibility.
