Worst customer service

I was an affectionate customer in Italy and I decided to make an order now that I am living in UK. It’s almost one month now since I made the order and nobody knows where my 70£ value pack is. The customer service is absolutely the worst, they keep telling me that the pack will arrive (when? Today? Tomorrow? Next year? Who knows!) and that’s it. I love the products, if you have no problems with the shipment than you will be happy with this store

Unpleasant lip gloss 🤬

I just received my order from Ecco-Verde. My usual products all fine , only that this time I bought a BÁLSAMO GLOSS COLORATO. ( lip gloss) the smell is so terribly unpleasant that I cannot imagine that being a clean product. It seems impossible to get in touch to return…. What a waste of money and time. Not a good experience regarding this product!

The company ships their stuff on time

The company ships their stuff on time, the goods are attractively presented. On this last go around when my parcel went astray they were quick to respond and investigate on their end. The matter was resolved (not their fault) and I can only thank them for their prompt and kind response regarding this matter.

The opposite of sustainable & green friendly

Impossible people, DHL did not leave enough information for where they send the package for a pick-up, and as a customer I have been told that the sender should trace that. Ecco-verde just replied that they will send my money back when DHL returns the package to them, not even bothering to check where the package is, and giving me this information. After a month, I am still waiting for my money back, and receiving stupid emails from Ecco-verde, giving me updates such as "Oh, DHL returned your package, we wonder why".

I regularly use Ecco Verde. Never had a problem with them. Packaging is eco conscious, no plastic and delivery is usually fairly quick. I will continue to use them.

It's a horrid experience with Ecco…

It's a horrid experience with Ecco verde! I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from this company. The box arrived totally damaged, very tatty, and used sellotape to hold the box together.

Then I realised two lash serums were missing. Then today, when I looked at the items again, I realised they were also missing a foundation. I've bought two, but one is in the box!

They are supposed to be my daughter's Christmas presents, but I obviously won't have them in time now. Hopefully, they are going to send them out soon.

I definitely won't buy anything from Ecco Verde again; lesson learned.

Horrible customer service

I ordered several products from the Black Week offers. Klarna charged the money from my account and I got some registration email from Eccoverde. Didn't get any confirmation about my order so I asked about it. Customer service only replied that it's Klarna's mistake and told me to make a new order with original prices. I asked several times to get the products with those original discounts, after fee messages they promised 5% voucher which was pretty useless when all the original discounts were close to 50%.. Eventually I asked contact information to the person who is on charge about the compliments. They replied me from the same email with a different signature.. 😅 so I lost the chance to use Black week offers. No one took any responsibility about the mistake and only blamed Klarna for this.

They offer such a wide range of products from the best and less mainstream brands. I gave it a try and the result is 5 stars! I had an issue with one of the items and the costumer service proved to be extremely fast and helpful, they solved my case in less than 24h, thanks Jennifer!

Great customer service, great products

Great and planet conscious product offering that should also be available in usual shops around the corner. Delivery always worked well and seamless. And in case it does not Ecco Verdes customer care agent, in my case Jennifer, got your back proactively find a suitable solution for you. In my case delivery to a package pick up service instead of my home place as packages got stolen in recent days.

Good products but UPS delivery problematic

I ordered 2 mineral SPF 50 sprays: i+m and Bema Cosmetici. They are very similar: pleasant mild scent [from plant oils?] spread easily and minimal "white cast" on pale skin. I hoped for a mist but they spray a small pool similar to some squeeze bottles.
Delivery from Austria to my local UPS depot took 3 days but the final 20 miles to my address took 5 working days. UPS sent multiple delivery notifications all giving wrong day / time. I called UPS customer service and the depot gave incorrect information.
Ecco Verde offer some interesting products, especially for very sensitive or allergic skin, which are not generally available in the UK. But I will be reluctant to order from them again if delivery to UK is by UPS.

Always pleased with my purchases…

I have been ordering from Ecco Verde for the past 6 years and I am always pleased with my purchases. The products are amazing, the choice range is huge and allows to discover organic or simply natural brands from all over Europe (mainly Italian and German brands), the packaging is great and parcels are delivered quickly and without any damages. Moverover, the company is very transparent regarding product availability and planned delivery times and it regularly offers interesting discounts.

STAY AWAY! ☺️

I ordered from Sweden thinking that this is a Sweden site, especially since you can even pay with Klarna, but actually it's German.
That's all ok finally.
Butttt, they sent the order with FedEx which is terrible in Sweden.
They have marked the package as delivered, but nothing was delivered.
After 2-3 weeks of calls and contact both with FedEx and Ecco Verde, FedEx tells me that they will refund to sender. Ok.
Except, it has been more than one month since then and Ecco Verde hasn't sent me anything back, not even following up in last 2-3 weeks and they said they are waiting for the FedEx refund.
Well, that is not my problem, as a customer.
I have placed this order on 12 Feb 2023 and today is 22nd March and still haven't received anything.
This was my first order, so this tells me they don't care about their customers at all, not even when they are ordering first time.
Sweden possible customers, just stay away.
100% don't recommend the store!

Update 31 May:
Regarding the document, it was REQUESTED FROM ME 2 MONTHS AFTER I reported the issue!!
Then it was delayed because you couldn't accept a virtual signature in the first place.
This is so disappointing!! You could have just accepted/said that you did this one wrong and that's that!

As I wrote, SWEDEN CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY! ☺️

Could not live without!!

I have been ordering on this website for 2 years, on a regular basis (every month or every couple months), and cannot stress enough how happy I am with their services. Their selection of products is really amazing. I love finding my staples as well as trying new products from other Europeans brands I had never heard of. Their customer service is great, and delivery always efficient. Love love love how conscious they are about the environment in the way they package the orders. I always find what I need and thanks to them I have discovered new fav products that I use daily. The selling point from the start was that delivery to the UK is easy, quick and cheap, which is a relief after Brexit, and not to be taken from granted.
