I recently used their services to have a fingerprint background check processed for me. I worked with a representative named Norbert who was very professional. I was updated consistently throughout the process and given a very clear timeline. The service they provided was very fast and efficient. I highly recommend them to others and would use their services again in the future.

They took my fingerprints in China on July 17th. I had the FBI background check with Apostille in my hands in China on August 24th. Good communication and regular updates the whole way including the digital FBI check. Thanks for making the process so painless! I would recommend this service to anyone.

My second time using their services

I've used echinacities to handle legalising and authenticating my documents multiple times and they have been very helpful and professional and have kept me updated with the progress so I didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, they have been very useful and would use them in the future.

The service was great but the price was high. Communication with the eChina team was easy and they were highly responsive and informative. With that being said, the price was too high. It was 2750 RMB ($380) for 2 notarizations and 2 apostilles. I was in a bit of a time crunch, so that was my error to not check prices beforehand. I'd recommend asking for an itemized receipt to better understand what you're paying for.

The staff at eChinaCareers were very professional, prompt to reply to questions, and flexible to meet our needs and time frame. We really appreciated working with Mr. Norbert to complete my FBI background check and received everything back with the required authentication and translation within a little over a month. When it comes to knowing all of the requirements for travel, they did an amazing job, I’ll soon start working overseas as I wanted during Covid and they make it happen, they know every protocol that is needed and that’s a good thing as China does change protocols from time to time. This company has agents who are willing to help you out with your documents and any information that you may need.
