The service was great. Definitely recommend them. Getting documents ready and getting them authenticated can be such a nuisance but I can fortunately say it went well for me because of eChinaCareers.

I Used it to get my CDC notarised and legalized from home countrydespite being in China. I recommend using this service, it was the most competitively priced of all the services that I investigated. It took about 3 weeks from payment to delivery, which is pretty fast despite documents being difficult to send during the current travel difficulties. They kept me updated during the process and made sure all documents were correctly filled in at every point.

I needed to get a document (a TEFL Certificate) authenticated by the FCO and legalized by the Chinese Embassy in the UK (and also to get some other paper files which accompanied this document sent to me). eChinaCities was able to provide me with an agent in the UK to take the papers, and get them authenticated by the consulates/departments in question, send them to me, and provide me with relevant scans (should I need the documents sooner, rather than later).

I hired them in China, paid them in China, and was able to do all of this via Wechat in terms of payment. The documents were processed as rapidly as feasibly possible (although in fairness I was not in a hurry). And in all, everything was handled in a highly professional manner. It was not a cheap exercise, but the quality of the service I received was comparable to the service other friends of mine have received using more expensive services.

Clara and Norbert were superb. They assisted with job placement and background clearance record procurement with consistent communication and assistance at a very reasonable rate. If you need this type of assistance, don't wait until the last minute, give yourself plenty of months to see it through smoothly for best results.

Absolutely wonderful staff and people, they helped me so much with finding a job and with my authenticated background check. My only issue was, since I haven't left China since I've been here, I didn't actually end up needing an authenticated background check, so that was 3000rmb and 5 months I didn't need to use.

Norbert was who helped me on getting authenticated document. Due to the COVID situation everything was uncontrollable, but he did very good job! And he also helped me on some other questions which was really helpful.
