Excellent Seller and Company. I called (Steve) at Echo & Optics and made a deal on a 2021 65" QN900A Samsung Neo 8K television. It arrived via FedEx freight in one week and was brand new, in the retail box, from Texas to San Diego, CA. Upon opening the box and inspecting the television, it was immaculate. I have since mounted the QN900A on the wall and could not be happier. It is the best picture quality I have ever experienced. You are in good hands with Echo & Optics. I will be a repeat customer. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This eBay seller is super shady and dishonest. I ordered a 50" Samsung 4k Smart TV for $1035.48. The seller instead sent me a cheap speaker worth $20. They admitted their mistake and asked me to return the speaker. When I did, they refused to refund my money, and only refunded $500. Totally dishonest and shady seller. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Echo and Optics.

brand new factory sealed Samsung 85" QNA800 8k tv came as an open box with obvious defects. struggling to return, started dispute resolution process with credit card. just what you fear they say new and obviously wasn't. hopefully resolve soon

My first experience with them was like a dream ,it was on 2016 , everything went well , the two TVs I ordered arrived in excellent condition, their response was quick and smooth , last week I made an offer on one of Samsung 2021 TVs , They sent me email telling me that my offer was accepted as a matter of courtesy , sent me a link where I can complete my purchase , I saw that they are asking me for $400 more for Tax , I asked why should I pay that when my shipping address was a tax-free one? , they said they were sorry , and removed that extra 400, went ahead and paid using PayPal ,that was the day before the weekend , they sent last Monday a cancellation email , my money was fully refunded , they said the cancelled the order because they suspect it is fraudulent!
what make you think this way?
I'm not a first time customer , forwarded the 2016 emails that we exchanged , never heard from them anymore , I know that they might accepted the wrong offer business wise , but at least , I would really appreciate if they been more frankly with me , not telling me (we suspect it is fraudulent)

Steve from echoandoptics sent me an apologizing email explaining that it was a mistake by their support people , I do believe him , he also offered me a special discount to make up for me.
this is fair enough for me.

I did some research into this company and found out that they are not an authorized online seller for any of the products that they sell.
Do a search for this, is Echo and Optics an authorized Yamaha dealer.
You will buy a product from them and YOU WILL NOT HAVE A WARRANTY!
Do your research and buy from an authorized seller of the product you want to buy.

They sell cheap stuff on Ebay. I get it... I fell for this too. I recently purchased expensive audio equipment from them, which I found later to be faulty. I tried to put in for a return and they kindly sent me a free shipping return slip. Once I sent the item back the issued me a refund of only 50%. Mind you on a $1,000+ item, 50% is just not acceptable. I could have used the warranty to fix the item and sell it on craigslist to get more money.

Just know if you're buying a cheap item, pray that it works well because if it doesn't you'll be paying for that. Next time I'm going with a retailer.

i was looking for a samsung tv model # QN75Q90TAFXZA.I looked all over the internet and found echo and optics. They had the tv and I made a offer. They responded within an hour and were $500 cheaper than anyone else with free shipping. Three days later it arrived via UPS truck.The tv was perfect with no problems at all. The people i spoke to over the phone very professional. I highly recommend this company and would order from them again.

These schmucks. I went to order a tv from them. They were too busy to respond to the emails. They were rude on the phone turned of waiting 3 days for someone to pick up the phone from the first rude saleschick. Here response was wait for an email. I have to wait 3 days to purchase a 2000.00 tv? The nerve . So she transferred someone sent me the paypal invoice all I needed. Then 4 hours later they refunded the transaction. Saying the freight company wont deliver to the ups store address its walking distance from me.. So I get the money Credited back 48 hours later they wont pick up the phone or honor the deal. They screwed up my plans for this tv using paypal credit they robbed me using this promotion. Probaly the shadiest people they don't care to call so done to sort the issue out. I would never be so worthless I'm a power seller for a reason selling expensive wheels . I never send out an issue or have returns because I have common sense. These People have no integrity

First of all, their pricing is really great, also you have the ability to make an offer on the system in which they will accept or decline. They accept Amazon Pay and Paypal or Credit Cards. After payment, you receive the confirmation of your order. I order the TV on the 12th and received it on Saturday the 16th. Everything was factory sealed in the original packaging. Couldn't be happier, I am just a regular hard working guy, just like anyone else looking to get themselves something nice.... I typically don't go crazy over reviews but I really felt the need in this case. Already recommending to friends, family, and co-workers.
