It was a big mistake to buy a product from SJCAM.
I bought an SJ20 camera for my vacation from the SJCAM Official Store to make beautiful videos.
Unfortunately, I discovered that the microphone was faulty and there was no sound in the videos.
Annoying but half as bad I thought, the camera was new and I was still under warranty.
However, it is a sheer disaster to enforce your warranty rights with a Chinese company that apparently only has a distribution center in Germany without a lawyer.
I can only recommend everyone to stay away from the SJCAM Official Store and save yourself the trouble.

The C300 Camera is very unique take on these handheld pocket-esque cameras., I own my fair share of action cameras (DJI Minis and Pocket 2, GoPro Session and MAX360, and Insta360) and SJCAM's idea with the C300 is genuinely refreshing especially with when compared with the DJI Pocket 2 which is the one action camera I had that closely resembled the pocket style cameras I was looking for.

The price is great for this quality of action camera when comparing it to other action cameras.

The camera is ok. But the case is not ok.it is not hermetic underwater (as advertised supposed to be). Small amount of water come inside the case even at 3 m deep. I bought again another case,same problem. So if you want to buy it for snorkelling i really not advice you to buy it !
