The items arrived after 3 weeks, looking very different than the pictures on Instagram. Cheap material, poor design and pathetic compression ability.

Emailing for a return, they insisted they only offered refunds on "defective" merchandise, which is contrary to the website. They instead offered a 20% refund.

This is the third time I've been scammed by a company online trying to appear as a start-up. The "customer service" people send you copy-paste messages as though they are friendly and trying to help you.

Do not order from a company that appears to be foreign and cryptic!

Ordered 3 compression vests, following their sizing instructions, only to receive 3 poor quality vests which were far too big and had no shaping/compression qualities at all.

Website clearly states they offer a 90 return and refund policy, however upon contacting them to request a return they now claim this only applies to defective items. In their response they even reference the confusing nature of their policy wording.

They also had the cheek to offer a different size for an additional charge.

An awful scam company who are untrue to their words- please avoid them like the plague.

What a joke. These flimsy, cheap tank tops fit more like a camisole than "compression wear." Avoid!

I ordered three slimming tank-top shirts according to their guidance on the website. When the items came in and they were too big, I nicely repacked the items and contacted them for a refund. Even thought they have a "no questions asked" policy for return or exchanges, i had to go through 3-4 rounds of emails, complete with requested pictures for them to tell me that they would not accept my return. They offered an exchange for an upcharge. I declined politely (the shirts are nothing special, not for $50/3) and asked for a refund, and they blatantly declined a few times, I took a screenshot of their return policy and sent to them which they told me that that was only for special cases. Again, none of this was noted on the site. They have taken my money and given me a product with is unusable even though I followed the sizing guidelines. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't uphold their policies.
