BEWARE! Echt scams their customers! Don’t even bother trying your items on, because apparently that’s enough for them to refuse a refund, completely against ACCC laws and consumer rights.

My friend made a purchase, tried her item on (well within her rights), decided it wasn’t for her, and sent it back with the tags still attached and in perfect condition. Echt refused the refund, claiming there was a “scent” on the item.

They’ve now wasted both her time and money by sending the item back with the TAGS REMOVED and what do you know… there’s NO SCENT either. A bunch of scamming low lifes desperate to make a sale and steal people’s money! Disgusting.

I love the new leggings, crops and tanks available in the pink. Such smooth material, feels like quality and delivery was quick as always

I always wear the echt force knit shorts.
They a comfortable, versatile, and look good. Zip pocket make sure I can keep my phone, keys, iPods on me when I work out. You know they are good because they sell out quick. 👍💪

Ordered shorts! True to size, enjoy the longer length options. Not for high rise wearers. No pockets for phone.

Love them. As a curve lady I found pants hard as I have hips so it's hard to find pants that fit right and are comfy.
It ticks both boxes. And looks good too.
I will get the black next week.

Poor customer service. Put couple of items for exchange and they found that due to dog hair( not my fault that I had to try the size before exchange and I have dogs) exchange is not possible and asked $10.95 for items to be returned back to customer. I am bot able to understand about the postage you have to pay for both ways(send it to them for exchange or return back to you). Pure rip off from customers as I bought these items on sale and paid $21 for exchange and now need to pay more if I want item and got warning that they will dispose off the item ( which they won’t as they can resell) if I won’t pay postage. Definitely taking them to ACCC for consumers rights.

Misleading and dishonest company. Poor customer service team. Has zero care about customer satisfaction only cares about $$ (even at the expense of future $).
Currently been in a Fair Trading dispute for 8 weeks+ because they would rather hold on to their $35 then admit that a pair of tights was see through (and then blame it on my body being the problem when I had no issue with any other items in my order) - they have since removed the tights online.

Very bad ecperience!

I tried ECHT because I really liked their designs and they were offering 20% off for first-time buyers. After subscribing, I waited for the discount code so I could use it at checkout, but it didn’t arrive in time. I ended up completing my order without the discount, and only after my order was confirmed did the code arrive in my email. It felt a bit disappointing, like the 20% was just a bait to get people to order. I personally wouldn’t recommend shopping here based on my experience.

ECHT has very clear and prompt delivery. I completely rate their clothing as of very high quality which brings me to buy again and again. I love the ECHT sports shorts for gym but I also buy them because the zips make it very safe when travelling overseas.

I absolutely love everything I have purchased from Echt. Quality is amazing, sizing is spot on.
