Ordered a bunch of gear in the recent sale. Arrived only 2 days later. Great quality & great service.

I’ve been buying from echt for years now and never once been disappointed with the quality or fit 10/10 gym wear.

Great colour and product. If you don't skip leg day they will be a lot tighter than in the photos.

Would not have been buying from here if I had of known hassle to return

I recently ordered two pairs of leggings from ECHT (Etched), one in extra-large (size 14) and one in extra-extra-large. I’m usually a size 12–14, but the extra-large was so small I couldn’t even get it past my thighs. Definitely not a true size 14. Very disappointing and misleading.
The leggings were only $21, but to return the XL I had to pay $10.95 for postage using their return system, even though the leggings are light and would probably cost less to post back myself. But you’re not given that option. So now I’ve paid $31.95 for a pair of leggings that didn’t even fit.
I’ve requested an exchange for the extra-extra-large or at least a store credit, but overall I’m just really fed up with brands calling things “extra-large” when they clearly aren’t. It’s frustrating and unfair to customers.

They used to be good but now the material is so thin or too thick! I just received my order and sports bra with no padding so disappointing.

Website is super easy to use and it was delivered very fast which i loooved, the shorts are super comfortable with really deep pockets and no middle seam which is great cause you wont get cameltoe (; feels nice to the touch which is an added bonus

I really wanted to like this company, but honestly, my experience was pretty disappointing. I understand businesses have policies — fair enough — but there was absolutely no discretion or flexibility shown, even in a situation where it clearly would’ve made sense. It felt like I was just another number, not a valued customer.

If you’re looking for a business that actually listens, shows a bit of understanding, and treats people like people — I’d look elsewhere. There are better options out there that won’t hide behind rigid policies instead of using basic common sense.

The hoodie has been washed no more than twice using instructions given! The green hoodie has changed it's colour, it's got different types of light green spots, started on the hood after first wash, second wash it's on the arm. I Spent quite a lot of the order all together. I would never buy again which is a shame because actually loved the hoodie and would have spent more

Great easy ordering, my product arrived in record timing and was perfect, just what I was hoping for and the sizing was spot on. Quality was spot on.

Love these leggings. I like that there is no seam in the front and the pockets on the side. They also feel super comfortable. Sizing was good too. Happy to buy again as my basic leggings for the gym.

Online shopping is good for me as I don’t live in the city and the quality of the materials is super good! I have a pair of tights that I’ve owned for nearly 3 years and they’re still going strong! My recent delivery I loved all my clothing, just the jumpers where a bit to big for a size 12-14 but hopefully I can get a exchange for a smaller size

Edit to update: I was really disappointed about the returns ultimately as they only offer store credit for discounted items. A lot of things I wanted to exchange for were out of stock / no sizing and I had to make multiple purchases and pay postage to return multiple items to get a good fit. I'm glad I finally just bought a hoodie with my credit and was done with the process. I have to say the Pink Velvet Jacket is divine and every single time I wear it I get so many compliments. I would have bought another in black or green but no sizes available. I do love the foldover leggings but sadly not enough colours and sizes. I hope they make matching blue tracksuit pants for the blue track hoodie as that blue doesn't match the other blue Echt leggings I have sadly. But be aware returns are a store credit if buying in a sale or with a discount.
