E Cigarettes World Distribution Ltd Reviews 

Sent me out 15 bottles of vape liquids on the 14th of April with the date ending in April. Emailed to see if they could be changed, was told they were still in date until end of April. When I emailed back asking to speak to management I was then ignored. Pawning off expired liquid, there's no way anyone could get through 15 bottles in 15 days. Even so vape liquid should not be sold with such a short date. Also it's gone off from start of month not the end. Have shopped with this company over a year, will not be returning after this.

Absolutely dreadful customer service.
After receiving 15 disposable elf bar vapes at best price of 3e each only to discover 10 of them had less than 50 puffs in them.

Customer service was both rude and non compliant. Would not provide a name of who i was emailing or any contact info for the head office.

Offered a 9e voucher as recompense and said take it or leave it.

Wanted the failed vape back to send for testing?? How can you test an empty vape and know if it worked for 50 puffs or 600???

I can not be the single only customer having this complaint with the best price sell off vapes...

Product pricing is on a par with other providers, but it is the e2e service from ordering online to delivery that keeps my custom..

I'm annoyed that I have to give 1 star. I would give NO Stars after my experience with this shop and their absolute disregard for honesty and good customer care. I have been a frequent and content customer up to now, no issue until my last order. I guess that's why Im so disappointed and frustrated at their behaviour toward me. I ordered a batch of juices and the parcel/box was minus one juice. Not a huge loss but it is something I paid for, and did not receive. I popped the shop an email to let them know. They replied in a very dissmisve manner with an attached 'fake' photo of my package being prepared, showing the full amount of juices. What they didn't realise is that the package I received was packed differently and minus 1 juice!. I told them this and requested the official, dated recording, but they say their photo is sufficient proof. They know they're wrong that's why they can't send me anything substantial that would prove their mistake. If it was any more than €3.50 worth of products I would definitely go further and take it to Consumer Rights. They have been awful to deal with, treating me like a liar. I respect every persons business and appreciate how hard they work for their wages, because I respect mine and expect to be paid for what I do. I have NEVER expected anything for free. I paid this shop expecting to receive what I paid for, and they have simply dismissed me. Prepare yourself to be treated as a liar if they ever shortfall your order.

My order was done so quick and received it so quick I always went to shop in lonford but did not realise you could purchase on line what I will be doing in future
