Good prices, large selection of diffrent products, very fast delivery (im living in south tipperary)

From reading other poor reviews....me to!!! Great shop in Sligo but zero help and customer service if you have any issues after purchase. All blame for faulty device which is still in warranty put on me, I damaged it.
I never even got a first charge out of it. Emails over and back, I'm still to blame. I don't understand how there could not even be a teeny tiny possibility that vape might just have been faulty??
In the end only out 20euro, had enough blame thrown at me and will shop elsewhere

Have been a customer of this company for years. Sent me a faulty product (coils), sent them an email to tell them. Got a response that said it was me and not the product. Needless to say they have one customer less now. Buyer beware seems to be their motto. Best of luck with that strategy.

Judging by the intense response below on a 3 euro product query. I think I must go elsewhere

having been a custumer for many years recieved a faulty battery , emailed them they said post it back so i did, now they dont respond to emails

Excellent company to deal with, fast processing and shipping, I usually get my orders next day, 2 days at latest (rarely). Competitive prices, loyalty points, and really good selection of products. I used to use one of the companies that has stores nationwide, but their online service is woeful compared to these guys. Very happy to have found them!

The facts are: you weren't helpful at all, stopped replying to my emails, then gave me a smart-ass response. I have been purchasing from many vape retailers, and if a vape turned out to be defective the solution was prompty found and I kept happily ordering from them.

Then I proceeded to check out your Trustpilot reviews and was absolutely shocked to see how you talk to people. It clearly showed how you (don't) care about your customers.

Btw "hit your sweet spot" is not semantically correct in this context... I see you really like using smart words, but consult a dictionary first ;)

I bought almost 100.00 euros worth of vapes one of them.was defective the elf 5000.long story short they wont replace it tryed to tell me its in perfect condition its not. Also the issue took days for a reply. So no I'd never use them again
I can't reply to your utter ridiculous comment. It's the elf is defective you have no idea how to keep you're customers satisfied. So chapter closed you're company is a joke.Ive used these vapes b4 it came that way.
