One item not in stock
Ordered 3 bottles of juice, a few hours later received a phone call stating one was out of stock. Had to loose it from order or pick something different. Radomly choose the same brand but in a different flavour. Should of opted to go without. Wasn't too good.
Other than that service was brilliant, post and packaging extremely good,
Just a shame website didn't reflect stock levels.

Excellent customer service and great staff
I haven't long been vaping but in the time that I have the only shop I use is ecigzoo and it is by far the best ecig shop in town, not only do you walk into a friendly and welcoming shop the staff are also very helpful and will help put with any problem you put in front of them! They have a great knowledge of the products they sell and take pride in what they do! It's a shame you can only rate up to 5 stars because they 1000000% deserve a higher rating! I would very much recommend ecigzoo to any new or experienced vapers! :)
