I received a defective product (missing a lace hook), which I reported immediately on the day of delivery. Despite this, my request for a replacement was rejected and the case was treated as a standard return, which I find unacceptable in the case of a faulty product.
I had to return the item and now have to wait for the refund, while the price of the product has already increased significantly. This puts me in a worse position than when I originally made the purchase.
Previously, I also had another pair of boots that broke after a short period of use, which was equally disappointing.
Overall, I am not satisfied with either the product quality or the way this issue was handled. At this point, I would not choose to shop here again.
