The company is basically scamming individuals. They offer home insulation through cold calling and then use high-pressure tactics to sell the product. I had loft insulation fitted, the workmen (2) were here for 4 hrs, and left, telling us the work was complete. A genuine installer laughed and told me it would have taken him 3 days to do the work properlyWhen I had the chance to inspect, I found that they had used inferior materials and the installation was simply not to any sort of standard and did not fulfil any standards or building regulations and was basically useless and will need removing, but the company owner is still trying to pressure me into completing the payments by making threats. The charges are also way over the top.
DO NOT deal with them; get estimates from reputable local companies. I've learned my lesson and am reporting them for fraud.

I had foil insulation fitted to my loft a couple of weeks ago and despite a minor issue I have been very happy with the result.
The installation team were superb and did a great job, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very knowledgeable and professional.
No mess at the end of the day either.
