Unsure about two previous 'inspections' - thought they were reciting a learned script, and had made prior decision we needed "rockwool" to replace our fibreglass. Could not fully answer my questions.

Cheryl was different, fully conversant with her measurements and diagnosis - damp under and within fibreglass and beginnings of mould on joists.
Suggested "SpaceGuard" from Eco-Gen UK to reduce heat loss and to build up loft temperature to evaporate and solve damp issues, thereby killing off the mould spores.
Makes much more sense.
She showed us camera pics of the loft, highlighting areas of concern, and the relevant moisture / humidity readings.
Not pushy at all; Just factual and backed by science.
Reasonable quote secured and accepted.
Installation within a few days time; completed without incident, excellent clean-up afterwards,

Ryan visited to advise on removal of Sprayfoam from my lofts and on installation of multilayer laminated foil as replacement.
Matt and Mark arrived and assisted by Lisa removed the foam and replaced it with laminated foil. Excellent work in spite of the 36°C temp in he loft.
Very tidy work - all vacuumed clean and foam disposed of. Well done Team.

Booked an inspection to check my loft (I was concerned about the mould seeping into the corner of my bedroom). An inspector came and assessed everything for us, from the moisture to the amount of ventilation. He was polite and well spoken, giving me and my wife no problems at all.

We booked a loft inspection to try to get to the moisture we had in the bedroom,our inspector was brilliant and very informative about many areas in our home.It was well worth the money highly recommended if you have any structural concerns.

Very helpful lady came out to look at our loft and gave us some pointers on how to improve the space.
