I lost the lid of my ecoffee cup, and I managed to get it replaced with minimum fuss. They took care to try to match the lid colour.

I have had my cup for about 3 years and I love it. The cup is still going strong but I recently lost the sleeve.

I went on the website and they said they did replacements, but I couldn't find any on the website. I emailed them to see if they could help.

They got back to me so quickly and the lovely Claire spoke to the warehouse people, and got me a replacement found and sent out right away. It was so personal, no bots and was resolved easily and efficiently. Definitely, a class company, highly reccommend.

I’m only putting 3 stars because I LOVE my cup but I need a replacement part - someone mistakenly threw out my cup stopper - I emailed the company 7/22 but haven’t heard back yet - hope I can buy this part! :)

I've been regularly using ecoffee cups for about five years and love the product. A cup that I'd had for about four years recently cracked so I contacted customer service to ask if I could buy a replacement cup without the lid and sleeve (as I had done once before). They went above and beyond by sending me a new cup completely free of charge. This is amazing customer service. I will send them my cracked cup to be recycled. What a great company!

read the blurb liked the idea. Received and disappointed. If I can rid the stink from the lid and holder it may work but its very light and flimsy. I've wasted my money I would say.
So far I've tried white vinegar on the lid and holder then I've soaked them for days in coffee. We shall see. Defo not worth the money though. Back to my old faithful for the time being.

I contacted the team to see if I could buy a replacement cup, after my favourite of 2 years imploded. I didn’t need the silicone lid or sleeve. They kindly and efficiently have sent a replacement ecoffee cup which I will treasure.

I ordered one of Ecoffee's 6oz reusable cup.
It arrived promptly and exactly as advertised! I especially appreciate the size. As a quasi-exclusif espresso drinker, Ecoffee Cup is one of the only option I have found as far as reusable ware goes. The simple, functional design of the cup is also great. I actually dropped the cup, full of coffee, on 2 occasions and no spills occurred and the seal of the lid remained intact.

Ps. A plus for Ecoffee, I lost the heat protective silicone sleeve. Afte reaching out to them, I received 3 spare sleeves!

All around very pleased with Ecoffee Cup's product and service!

After my old store-bought ecoffee cup got lost (actually most likely "borrowed" by someone in the office) upon years of use, ordered new one and two for presents. Straightforward and timely delivery to Croatia, minimal and recyclable packaging, looking forward to many coffees on the go with it!

I have trialed and errored many coffee cups throughout the recent years and ecoffee cups are by far the best on the market. The quality and durability of the products are outstanding. Claire went out of her way to ensure the customer service was beyond a satisfactory level. I cannot recommend this company and it’s products enough.
