What an amazing service from Claire at Ecoffee Cup! I can't thank Claire in customer services enough for replacing the sleeve on my cup. I was so upset when I lost my sleeve, as I thought it would be an impossible find, as my cup is an older design, but Claire sent out a replacement free of charge and made my day. It's not my first experience with Claire, I had a small problem with logging into my account at Christmas, which she resolved for me, Claire is super helpful and just a brilliant representative of the company - there are a lot of companies out there, that could learn so much from this wonderful service, thank you!

I wasn’t someone who would normally think a lot about what coffee cup to use. Until I bought an ecoffee cup by chance. I liked it so much, and got so used to it, that I would only drink my coffee from my favourite cup.
After a couple of years of daily use, it fell off the roof of my car and it cracked (placed it there to free my hands). Because I couldn’t find that model anywhere I reached out to the ecoffee team. An experience that made me realise they not only make great products, but they are awesome people too!

A really great experience from Claire in Customer Services and the warehouse team at Ecoffee Cup for responding and resolving so quickly to my enquiry about a replacement lid stopper after mine blasted off into the stratosphere from my cup falling out from my backpack. The cup survived and is excellent and I have recently bought more designs for variety from the stunningly beautiful William Morris Gallery collection.

Excellent cups,I've had them for years. kept their colour and strength, everything I needed.
Recently, I accidently tested one to destruction. Got it stuck in the seat of my car as I tried to move it. It took a great deal of force to break (i probably should have stopped pushing). This ain't gonna break with normal use.

I've ordered from them on multiple occaisons, unfortunetly I've had two defective cups sent out. one of them had a convex bottom (not great for standing on the side with hot liquid), and the other discoloured after the first wash in the dishwasher. Both times their customer service has been stellar. Offering a free replacement cup with free shipping, even giving the option of another cup from their line up if you wanted a different cup to replace the defective one. No hassle required, short of sending a two emails.

I lost the lid to my cup and they didn't seem to have it in stock, but when I got in touch with them they went out of their way to contact the warehouse and sent me a replacement for free!

I had a problem logging in and contacted customer services who replied almost immediately and sorted the issue for me. I have bought several cups over the past few years for myself and for presents and have always been very pleased with them. They are also nice to drink from!

Great cups and the Black Friday offer was an impetus to order. I love the patterns and colours and that there is a variety of sizes to choose from. Everything came beautifully and safely packaged and I even received a present. Thanks very much

We have had this cup for over 4 years and still love it. The cup is very well made and the minimal design is the best of what I've seen so far. If you loose any parts you can buy the parts only and it feels so much better being able to do that. When the parts are not available I contacted the customer service and they were able to help with the parts. Very generous and always fantastic service.
