Ecologic have been a very helpful partner to us, and are always prepared to be proactive to resolve issues. Chris Greener and Hannah Volkes-Tilley in particular have both proved to be contactable, easy to deal with, fair and honest. We now have our waste and energy brokered by Ecologic, and this has proven to be an excellent idea, from a time, convenience and financial perspective.

I have been dealing with Joseph Brown from Sunderland, who has been more than helpful regarding our business energy contract. Incredibly efficient and polite and managed to save us heaps on our electricity over a three year contract. Thank you!

Ross from Eco Logic was really helpful in sorting us out with a new trade waste contract.

Had issues with the gas meter being set up with the wrong postcode/business address, British gas unable to help with this, I was "cold called" by Jack Colley which usually I'd disregard however he was incredibly professional from the very beginning and relentless in getting the meter registry issues resolved something I'd have lost patience with pretty swiftly as it took him a few days of back and forth with British gas. Once fixed Managed to get me a price far better than British gas could offer and handled all of the admin side of it for me too with his business partner Chris Cameron. Genuinely if you need to get you energy supply sorted and much like me are too busy to bother with it let these guys sort it out !

Cold called today by Jason making a sales although we are TPS Reg. He confirmed he was given our company information as held by his company. We have not given them permission to hold our data which is in contravention of the Digital Data Protection Act.
Both of the above are against the law.

Have been called again today 16 July 2025 although told our number is blocked and they would not call again! Then hung up when tried to make a complaint. Draw you own conclusion.

Our account manager is Dylan Pick, he provided a friendly effective service and was always a pleasure to speak to him. He looked high and low for our tariffs and was very knowledgeable.

Calling 3 times in one day is excessive when I clearly said I would pass their details to the relevant person within my organisation. Then calling back the following day, claiming I wanted a call back. Not acceptable and I consider this pushy selling. A shame really as they might actually be quite nice.

We have recently started working with Ecologic to sort our electricity supply, waste management, and card payment machines.
Darren has provided an excellent service on the pricing, supply and installation of the card machines working with us to understand our needs and ensure the machines fit these needs.

Fantastic customer service from a brilliant local company, very friendly and always puts you in a great mood when Dan gives you a ring, he definitely brightens up everyone day. Daniel warmth and friendliness is what secure the deal for us, as-well as the great service from Trevor and Ian, when your working with Eco-logic it really feels like a company that cares and goes the extra mile. Our bins arrived very quickly and meet our needs with waste and recycling.

From the onset Daniel Atkinson was the man and his college Chris Cameron the men that can considering we took over a property which had issues with EDF who would not release the previous occupants supply. They held on to the energy supply as well as trying to add another companies debt to us when we took over the property. It has Taken 6 months to switch suppliers.
We had tried 3 brokers in that 6mths and when we were contacted by DAN and Chris 2 weeks ago they assured me they could solved the issue.
it took 1 week and wow yes both supplies are now safely in ecologicals hands Dan and Chris were super friendly and so helpful, They honestly saved my purse at least 55% on standing charges alone .

Dan and Chris Cameron kept in touch throughout the process without being intrusive and wasn't pushy the way some firms can be and actually did what they promised found me a great supplier and got the contracts up and running. .

Chris and Sophie make an absolute dream team! Both of them are extremely helpful and make the entire process super easy!

Signed up with Eco Logic in 2022 and signed in to a 2 year contract to start in April 2023. They kept in touch and resolved any issues we had promptly.

We’ve just signed a new three year contract at a rate that's nearly 40% cheaper.

Without Josh Stewart to put a bit of stick about, we'd never be able to get an Electrical Utility to respond to any issue, especially when they make mistakes... as these days they don't wish to communicate with their customers.
