Acquisto tagliapiastrelle sigma

Ho acquistato una tagliapiastrelle sigma.
Dopo qualche ora del pagamento vengo contattato telefonicamente, mi viene detto che non e` al momento disponibile e mi viene data la possibilita' o di aspettare la spedizione o di ricevere un reso.
Ho scelto di aspettare l'ordine (dato che non sono di fretta e tra l'altro costa meno che in altri siti), dopo circa una settimana ho ricevuto il pacco e la chiamata del rivenditore che insieme alla tagliapistrelle ha inserito anche degli omaggi per scusarsi del ritardo.
Consiglio vivamente.

OTTIMO PERSONALE

Ho avuto problemi al momento della consegna a causa del corriere.....al momento della consegna il pacco e' arrivato aperto e mancava un collo......ho avviasato subito il negozio....e lo staff si e' subito attivato per risolvere il problema....dopo un paio di settimane ho ricevuto il collo mancante senza nessuna spesa aggiuntiva( che non era poco)

Personale competente e disponibile, li ho contati via mail per fatturazione e altre spiegazioni sono stato ricontattato immediatamente per definire la procedura D'Acquisto e di fatturazione.
