I had a very frustrating experience with Economed.
I ordered a chair in black, but was sent the wrong colour (white). I contacted them immediately, and while they acknowledged the mistake, the way this was handled afterwards has been completely unacceptable.
The incorrect item was eventually collected from me last week, and I was told that the correct item would be sent out. Since then, I have received no update, no dispatch confirmation, and no delivery date. I am now left without the item I paid for and with no clear communication from the company.
This has been a long, drawn-out process with constant back and forth, and very poor customer service throughout. It should not take this much effort to resolve a simple mistake on the company’s part.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as the aftercare and communication have been extremely disappointing.
Ordered something almost TWO months ago and haven’t received the products or any updates at all. Emailed (only contact method available) twice and received exactly the same standard / automatic reply saying that there is a “delay due to slower-than-usual customs processing” and offering me a 10% off discount code for next order. Is it a real company with genuine business or just a scam?

I recently purchased multiple items from Economed, which were difficult to source from elsewhere. Ive been very pleased with both the products and the overall buying experience. The process was smooth and professional.
The prices were excellent. Delivery was faster than expected given some were pre order items. I am so relieved I have found such a great company to buy such a wide range of medical products from at such great prices.
I would happily recommend to others looking for medical equipment and I will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you
I am extremely concerned about my experience with Economed and feel it is important to raise this publicly.
We placed and prepaid for an order in October 2025. It is now February 2026, and despite repeated follow-ups over several months, we have still not received the goods we paid for. As things stand, we are completely out of pocket.
What is particularly alarming is that there is no telephone contact number listed for the company. In hindsight, this should have been a significant red flag. All communication directs customers to an info@ email address, yet no one ever responds, making it a complete waste of time and leaving customers with no meaningful way to resolve issues.
This is genuinely disappointing, as we are a business that could have placed substantial ongoing orders. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from Economed under any circumstances.
The lack of delivery, transparency, and basic customer support raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of this company.

I ordered on the 30th November 2025. I sent them two emails asking for info about the order (16th December 2025 and 4th January 2026) to which they replied and actually said my order should be released ‘Today’ (it didn’t). And of course, just as I mention I would like a refund on my last email (27th Jan), I have yet not received any response from them.

This company have processed my payment for a chair, not sent confirmation of the order and now will not respond to email or messages on their online chat!

Unfortunately the number I have for the company goes through to an automated machine saying "out of town" very ominous!
Scammers - beware! Ordered 16th Dec - no delivery - no update - just take your money and state 1-2 week delivery. Thankfully, paid by PayPal so have escalated there. Economed tried to fend off the claim on PayPal even before I escalated it there. They know what they’re doing in advance. Clearly scamming customers.

I placed an order on 30/11/25 , it stated will deliver in 2 weeks, now I wait for more than a month, no update on the status, I have emailed and filled the form but no reply from this company. So frustrating.
Placed order on 3rd Dec 25, only once payment taken did thy state delivery would be in 1-2 wks. No order received. No reply to online web contact form, no reply to emails. Phone number is a London number and no reply. Business address in a residential flat in Warwickshire. Appears to be a sham, will be contacting trading standards Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Placed an order on the 15th of December with express shipment which was 1-2 days, we paid additional fees for this. We never received the goods, the contact number doesn't work and they don't reply to the chat portal online nor by email. I ordered something, with the need to get this in quick for an order, we never received this, very disappointed.

I would actually give this company 0 stars. I ordered a test kit from them and paid extra for a delivery time of 1-3 days. I receive the email receipt which said it could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Went to the virtual chat box to explain as I felt this was very misleading. I was told that I had check the wrong box and had already checked the terms and conditions box. That was it, they stop communicating. I sent an email asking for a refund and just received a ‘thanks for shopping with us’ reply. I called the phone number which seemed to be attached to a two word voicemail which I couldn’t even work out. I had spent over £80 with them and they made it very clear they DO NOT CARE about customer service. My complaint was within a matter of hours of the order so they could refunded me. Zero compassion or decent communications.
Update: I have now been issued a refund.
