I scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm
I scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm. I dropped off my truck at 1:00 pm. I went to purchase two tires, left front had a screw in it and a new spare. I was the absolute last service of the day, did not get my truck back until 6:00 pm when the store closed. Two tires. I believe it's because I was not spending a lot of money. I am a repeat customer, I've been to this store a few times before. I can remember this happening at least one time before. I decided I will look for someplace else the next time I need service.

Had appt for 11 AM
Had appt for 11 AM. to have a leak in my tire checked/fixed.
Arrived on time.
At 11:40 I was still waiting.
I found out my car was never even looked at.
Man told me that they were short on people.
question 1. why didn't they tell me when I checked in? I would have come back another time.
2. what good was the appt in the first place.
