They were super

They were super! They are very professional and thorough in their work. I had taken my car in to be checked before a long trip. They found a problem with a leak in the oil pan of my new car that was covered by warranty. I took it to the dealership and told them there was a leaking gasket and my car was low on oil for having a recent oil change. As a woman, I’ve been given the run around. The gasket was replaced when I told them I had taken it to Conrad’s. Thank you Conrad’s! I will recommend you to friends and family!

I’m not sure if this was an off day?

I’m not sure if this was an off day or what, but I’ve never experienced anything like this before at Conrad’s. First there was a mixup with my appointment, which they were nice about and Mike I. worked out for me. But it was just a sloppy job. The panel in my car where my cabin air filter was changed was just left open, I have an oil change sticker with the mileage for a synthetic oil change yet my paperwork says I had a conventional oil change. The courtesy inspection that usually accompanies an oil change didn’t happen, because I know for a fact I need breaks, shocks, and struts - the condition that mine are currently in would at least warrant a comment. I’m not sure if Ed is no longer the manager here? I didn’t see his business card on the counter. When Ed was the manager, this place was amazing and all communication was relayed to me professionally. I have no idea if I need to bring my car back after 3000 miles or 5000 miles because my paperwork and the sticker in my car is contradictory. There was no communication going on. I’m probably going to have to find a new place to take my car, unless I get news that Ed was just on vacation or something. I’m really disappointed. I’ve always loved the service I’ve received here in the past.

My appointment was for 9 am today

My appointment was for 9 am today. And its now 11.12 am and you still have not looked at my car. When I called at 8:10 am. I even asked Will my car be taken in at 9:00 am or shortly after that and I was told yes. I dropped it off at 8:40 am

Easy and quick to get service

Easy and quick to get service! My family loves their service! Our son has used Conrad's for years so we followed his steps and we are so glad we did! Great service!

Unsure

I’ve been a customer for years at the Downtown Cleveland location. I’ve always been pleased with their work. I love Bruce the manager. He’s very kind and always willing to help. I just wish that when getting a diagnostic test that they would waive the cost and apply to your bill if you choose to have them do the work and fix the issue that they recommended. You shouldn’t have pay for the test and the repairs. I may have gotten more repairs completed if I didn’t have to pay for the test. They would have found out about the issue anyway doing their courtesy inspections.

I love conrads

I love conrads. This day in age it's hard to find an honest company that won't take advantage of the un-informed shopper. But every conrads I've been to has given me the same service from people who respect me and give me their honest opinion on wether it's worth it to fix/ repair said object or not. I cant say enough great things about the people of conrads!
