Ordered a steering pump with a missing…

Ordered a steering pump with a missing part, returned it at my own cost. Reordered, but they canceled because they stopped shipping to Slovenia. Now I can’t order anything since Slovenia is no longer supported. Waste of time and money.

The dealer did not have the part that…

The dealer did not have the part that was shown on your site I had already paid so had to wait for refund etc However I was kept informed by yourselves after I made enquiries

I've paid for the spare part of my car…

I've paid for the spare part of my car on 19th of October. Till today, you did not send either this part or any message about expected dellivery. And now, you dare to send this questionnaire about my satisfaction? Well, in my country, when you take the money and did not deliver the goods, it's called a fraud.

Good enough quality for a reasonable amount of time

I received the first part of my order from Spain to Portugal in just 3 days, but one of the plastic parts was broken (most likely during transportation), and I had to glue it back together myself. Fortunately, the second and larger part of the order (the door with the glass) arrived in good condition.
