Disaster

My parcel was not delivered. Give me my money back! I was at home but courier didn’t even make an effort to check. I was sitting all day long. You gave to the courier my wrong phone number (without +48) so even if he was trying to contact me he couldn’t. I expect either full refund including shipment cost or ship it again. Thank you!

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience with your order. According to Correos Express, the parcel was out for delivery from the 11th. On the first attempt nobody was home, and on the 14th it was marked as refused. Because of this, the package will be returned to the seller so they can process your refund.

We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Your feedback is very valuable and helps us improve our service.
