THEY AUTO-GENERATE MESSAGES ON YOUR BEHALF (AVOID AT ALL COST)

I wanted to send 7 parcels from Spain to Slovakia. I received the confirmation of the payment, the order being confirmed too. The day they were supposed to pick them up, I received two emails. One saying the address was wrong, another one that the shipper wasn't home. Both false statements. The shipper was home all day and the address was correctly input (later confirmed by their chatbot). They never showed up, never called, rang the bell. Since we can't email them, nor call as they don't provide such channels, I opened a ticket and started talking to the chatbot. I was told I did everything correctly and that a human would handle it. No response for days. Then I received a message saying, if I want to rebook it, I need to cancel it first and pay the cancellation fee. 6 euros per parcel. I had 7!! The same applies if I want refund. I argued and said I will not pay them unless they confirm I get the refund back. Then they automatically generated a cancellation message, looking like I did it myself. Secondly, a new ticket was open where they made it look again like I sent them a message that I agreed to the fees. I didn't!! They sent me a message saying, they would issue the refund to my Ecoparcel account for future orders. I told them I want it sent to the original payment method. It has been a week, I followed up with messages and no answers. I have lost almost 300 euros. This is a scam company!! I actually used them because a friend of mine had a good experience with them 7-8 years ago. It is not the case anymore. To make up fees, force you to cancel the order they had actually cancelled themselves (never picked up) and on top of that, they auto generated messages on your behalf is absolutely illegal!!! AVOIIIIIIID THIS COMPANY.

Fake "door‑to‑door" service – no pickup, hidden fees, silent support

I booked EcoParcel for a door‑to‑door parcel collection. They claim to be a reliable courier. In reality, they failed completely – twice.

What happened:

On the first scheduled collection day, I stayed home waiting. No courier ever arrived. Their tracking showed a vague “collection problem” instead of admitting they never came.

To try again, their system forced me to cancel the first order. I was charged a cancellation fee for a failure that was entirely theirs.

I rebooked for a second collection day. Again, I waited the whole day. Again, no courier showed up. Their tracking again showed “collection problem” – the same empty excuse.

When I asked for a refund, their support falsely claimed that I had rebooked for a third day – which I never did. They refused to cancel without another fee, then stopped answering altogether.

What they promise vs. what they deliver:

EcoParcel advertises “door‑to‑door” collection and responsive support. In my case, no one came to my door – not once, but twice. Their tracking is misleading, their cancellation policy punishes the customer for the company’s own failures, and their support disappears the moment you ask for your money back.

My warning to others:

Do not trust EcoParcel with your parcels. You will lose days waiting, pay unnecessary fees, and get no help. I had to use another carrier to finally ship my goods.

If you check other reviews, you will see the same pattern: no pickup, automated excuses, and zero accountability. EcoParcel is not a serious shipping company – it is a fee‑collection scheme dressed up as a courier service. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

Very bad service

Very bad service, they never answer in the "customer service".. should be put out of business.
Have tried to get a refund for over 2 weeks for a parcel that was canceled.

Scam /Terrible service

Terrible service – Avoid EcoParcel! 0/5
Sent two parcels, one arrived completely smashed and destroyed. Tried to file a claim as instructed, but got the message: “Action is not possible. None of the parcels were reported to be damaged or lost.”
The parcel is literally broken in pieces, yet their system refuses the claim. No easy process, no real support, just excuses. Not so cheap price, but zero reliability and zero help when things go wrong.
Complete waste of money. Never using them again. Stay away!

worst experience , still not resolved ...

we still dealing with a matter that we are not responsable . we order for parcels to be send but we have been that our order have been rejected we have been chatting on the chat to try to resolve it , but no one reply , we have been recently told that our parcel were valide ,but we have already send our parcel with an other supplier , we are askind a refound and we been told to do , but we we try to it its writting action impossible so we are waitting our refund and none are helping us .

Service not provided – no pickup, no real support not provided


I paid for a parcel delivery service (order No. 96ZRAZ01), but the parcel has NOT been collected for over 3 days.
The pickup location operates 24/7, staff are always present, and they were fully informed in advance. There is absolutely no issue on the sender’s side.
Despite this, Ecoparcel failed to perform the pickup and keeps showing a vague status: “0103 – Data collection problem (Bulgaria)” with no explanation.
Customer support is completely ineffective — only automated bot responses, no real human assistance, no investigation, no resolution.
This is a clear case of a paid service not being provided.
The case has already been escalated to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC), and I am proceeding with a chargeback via my bank.
I strongly advise avoiding this service.

Very disappointing experience with this courier service.

My parcel (RMVRA801) was lost, and after waiting more than one month, I was finally informed that no further search would be conducted. The delay in communication is completely unacceptable.

What is even more frustrating is that they refused any compensation, claiming that the item (a bag) was not covered by insurance. This was never clearly explained at the time of shipping, which feels misleading and unfair.

Losing a customer’s parcel is already a serious issue, but refusing responsibility and providing no proper resolution makes it worse.

I would strongly advise others to be very careful when using this service, especially regarding insurance and what items are actually covered.

Overall, a very poor experience with lack of accountability and customer support.

Stay away from this SCAM company!

They have NO phone number, NO email address, no physical address, and their chat is a zero - NOBODY responds to messages in an intellgent, coherebt, meaningful manner.

I ordered a delivery of a tiny parcel within Europe. I entered the office address from which the parcel had to be collected - from an individual emplyee. The system kept entering the name of the company as sender - automatically assuming the office address means the company is a sender, when they are NOT. The local courier refused to accept the parcel, twice! I kept contacting Ecoparcel for assistance with the issue - they charged me more, and did not respond. I spent money, I received a big fat nothing.

I have never seen such a terrible…

I have never seen such a terrible service like this in my life. Our time has value, our money has value. You took the money, but you have not provided me any service so far. This cannot happen, right? So, anyway, I no longer need any service from you. Please, refund the service fee that I paid. I do not need any collection service from you anymore. You did not send anyone; you said someone was coming for collection. I stayed home all day. I am not lying. Okay? You are the liars. You are lying. Whether you sent someone or not, I don’t know, but no one came. Just write down that it is out of collection, you idiot. I don’t need it anymore. You refund my money. Your service is trash.

Lost 150€ - shipping a tent

After 1 months of sending the package I found out that was already "delivered" but I didn't received it, so I ask for help and after 2 months of "support", they tell me that was lost (when I could see exactly where it end up on the map). I could not be refunded due to no box packaging and neither present a claim because was considered delivered (I suspect that they knew that I didn't know the policy and instead of saying something they just kept the package for them)

Absolutely terrible experience with ECOPARCEL.EU

Absolutely terrible experience with Ecoparcel.

I ordered a pickup from France to the Czech Republic. They said it would be collected within 7 days — that never happened. On day 6, a courier called me saying he’d come the next day… and then just never showed up. No call, no message, nothing at all.

After that, they cancelled the order. Instead of sending my money back normally, they returned it as credits — like I’d ever want to use their service again.

And the best part? They charged me a €6 fee saying the package wasn’t handed over and that the courier “attempted pickup”. That’s complete bullshit. No one came, no one called, nothing.

Honestly one of the worst delivery services I’ve ever dealt with. Unreliable, unprofessional, and shady as hell. Avoid.

Very disappointing experience.

I booked this service based on a next-day pickup (March 18) and a 24–48 hour delivery timeframe after pickup, which was clearly stated before placing the order.

However, after booking, I was informed that the pickup would only take place on March 19, making it impossible to meet the promised delivery window. This means the service sold does not match what was actually delivered.

What is even more concerning is that I was initially told the order could not be cancelled, even though this was requested just two minutes after placing it. I was informed the order was already “confirmed” and could not be modified, which is highly questionable given how recent the booking was. The communication was inconsistent and contradictory.

When I requested a cancellation and refund, I was offered only a partial refund, despite the service not being fulfilled as advertised and the order being cancelled immediately upon realizing that the next-day pickup could not be honored.

Overall, this reflects misleading information at the time of purchase, inconsistent communication, and poor handling of the issue afterward.

I would not recommend this service if timing is important. Their customer service is not customer-centric at all. Still expecting FULL refund!

Ecoparcel is just the worst ever

Ecoparcel is just the worst ever. before the courrier picked up the package i was supposed to send i had to edit the nr of kgs of the box. Once you book the service you are not able to do any modifications anymore. long story short: i had to cancel the initial shipment and since i paid for a flexible service i was supposed to either get the equivalent for the amount paid into credits or have it returned to my back account in 24 hrs. None of the above happened. No one responds to me anymore on their chat for a week now. So, i basically donated some money to ecoparcel for no service in return ! they are professional thieves . A nightmare !

They NEVER came to pick up my boxes

They NEVER came to pick up my boxes. The first order was canceled because of a problem without any explanation. I tried to text the company but absolutely ZERO replies, so I had to pay 10 euros to reschedule the pick up and they never came.

Don’t use it

Don’t use it! Terrible service, the don’t pick up the packets, and then ask for more money to reschedule, or if you have to end up cancelling they don’t give you the money back.
