Unfair charges, no proof, and slow customer service

I booked a parcel collection with Ecoparcel. The courier falsely marked me as “absent” even though I was at home all day with the parcel ready. Nobody rang the doorbell, called, or contacted me in any way.

Because of their mistake, I was forced to rebook and pay an extra €5. When I raised this with customer support, they refused to refund me, repeating the same scripted answers and offering no proof that a collection attempt was ever made.

To make things worse, I had to wait days for replies from customer service, only to receive unhelpful responses.

I even took a day off work to ensure I was available, and still got penalised for their error. This is completely unacceptable — the customer ends up paying for the courier’s failure.

I cannot recommend this company.

It was a fraud

This wasn't just a bad experience, it was a fraud. An email arrived for me to pick it up, and they falsely claimed I wasn't home on two separate occasions. They then canceled the order on their end and kept 6 euros for each package.

We scheduled a pickup with this…

We scheduled a pickup with this delivery company and paid in advance for our parcels. Today was the agreed pickup date, and we stayed home the entire day to ensure everything would go smoothly. However, at the end of the day we received a message stating that the pickup was unsuccessful, without any explanation.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially as we are moving in two days and counted on their service. To make matters worse, customer support has not been responsive, leaving us with no option but to cancel the shipment.
We expected a reliable and professional service, but unfortunately this experience has been very disappointing.

It's a SCAM

The worst experience ever. I went for a vacation to Spain by car. Because I wanted to bring a lot of stuff, I used ecoparcel service to send some of the stuff as a parcels to my AirBnB address in Spain.

The parcels came to Spain fairly quickly. However, once the status changed to `Out for delivery`, the parcels stuck for 5 business days (and counting). I've stayed all those days at home to receive the parcel, but nobody came. Essentially, the courier didn't even attempt to deliver them.

I've contacted ecoparcel support, and support said to me that they don't deliver the parcels because I haven't provided local phone number! So I went to mobile service provider office, got local phone number, sent it to the support and then got totally ignored.

The only way to contact their support is via helpdesk. But if you got ignored, you are unable to contact them in any other way. You can't create a new ticket, because if you try to do so, that message simply gets sent to the old ticket. You can't contact them via email, as they don't provide any e-mail address. You can't contact them via phone, because there is no phone number provided.

So, I've paid money for the parcels, I've lost at least 5 days of my vacation, I've paid more money and time to get the local phone number (as to get one you need to go to the office to validate your identity), and lost all the stuff that I've sent using ecoparcel, given the fact that they don't deliver the parcels.

Total scam!

Scammers

Parcel ID: 98PVGN
This company is completely unprofessional. My parcel was collected in Poland and is already in the Netherlands, but due to a BUG in their system I cannot change the delivery address to another address in the Netherlands. The system only allows me to change it to Poland, which makes no sense.

I contacted support — they answered ONCE and then ignored all my messages. This is unacceptable. I paid for delivery, but they are blocking me from receiving my parcel.

If Ecoparcel cannot fix their system and manually update my address, I will demand a full refund and escalate this case through my bank (chargeback) and the European Consumer Centre.

Other customers should be aware: if something goes wrong, there is almost no customer support.

This company is an absolute nightmare…

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They completely failed to collect my packages as promised and then refused to issue a full refund for the service I paid for. Reaching customer support was hopeless — no one ever replied or offered any real help. I strongly advise against using them. If you want your shipments handled properly and to be treated with even basic professionalism, look elsewhere.

The worst service I've ever deal with

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They never showed up to pick up my packages, and when I tried to get a refund, they refused to return the full amount I had already paid. It was absolutely impossible to get in touch with their support - no one would respond or take responsibility. Do not ever use this company. If you care about your packages actually being collected, shipped, and about having even the slightest bit of customer service, stay far away.

It’s been a month they have collected…

It’s been a month they have collected my 2 parcels, and it’s been a month without any updates. Their customer service is non-existent and they make it imposible to reach out to them. This company is a scam, and is ran by thieves.

Economic solution for non-critical deliveries

PROS:
- A slight increase in dimensions caused by a miscommunication between a recipient and sender was not fined
- The price was reasonable

CONS:
- It took a week longer and the ETA was hardly predictable
- Non-helpful automatic support with no other contact available

Very poor service

Very poor service. Stayed at home 2 days for collection but the driver never showed up and said “no one was at home”. After 2 days they cancelled the order. Don’t use Ecoparcel , no phone number , no email only AI agent (insufficient) ,pay a bit more and DPD or DHL , complete disappointment.

Appears to be a scam service, avoid

Appears to be a scam service. They never collected my parcel and cancelled the order without notifying me or issuing a refund. Customer service is appalling, they blame the customer and take no accountability. They initially gave me a partial refund in store credit, and I had to hold a conversation with them for an entire week for them to send this to my original payment method. They will continue to mark the issue as solved unless you keep messaging them. They told me they wouldn’t issue a full refund due to an incorrect address I gave, which is completely untrue, and it seems like others have had a similar experience. I am now short €6. Avoid this company at all costs, and if you have been scammed by them contact your bank and continue to log tickets like I did until they finally issue the refund. Hope this helps.
