Disappointed that an 8cm x 1cm splinter…
Disappointed that an 8cm x 1cm splinter came off the chew root in less than 5 mins of use by my puppy. Luckily I was there to stop her from swallowing this. I have purchased a chew root before and it’s still in great condition but just very disappointed with this one. Rest of the items purchased were fine.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the issue with the chewroot, and I hope Tiggy is okay. This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and we take your feedback seriously. We’ve never encountered this before with the chewroots, so we want to make sure we address the issue properly.
Could you please give us a call at 07932 305798 at your earliest convenience? If possible, we’d appreciate it if you could send us a photo of the chew so we can forward it to Green and Wilds (the manufacturer) for investigation.

I love ordering from eco pet parcel, every time without fail, I get the loveliest personal message about my dog Harper. You can tell they care so much about their customers and products, which is so hard to find with all these big businesses who don't take the time to care. They have such an amazing selection, the delivery is always quick and the quality of the products is always incredibly high. I can't recommend this shop enough!
