NEVER AGAIN!!

Horrible Experience!
First I orderd a plant pot "Oslo 55 incl. Water Reservoir Color White" and the full amount of over 100€ was payed. After 2 weeks of not getting any shipping confirmation I contacted the customer support, just to get told from that, that the Plant Pot is not in stock anymore!
They offered another color, we agreed. This process took again more than 2 Weeks. So the Pot with the new Color finally arrived after a month (!) and... IT WAS THE WRONG POT, not the one with the water reservoir wich is more expesive.
So I contacted AGAIN the customer support, telling them, that we received a whole pot just to get told, that now all of them have been removed from the online shop!

Such a waste of time, don't order there!!!

Hello, I'm sorry for your experience but I think you got the wrong company. Indeed I don't sell pots for flowers but pots for sauces. Hoping Who knows maybe see you on our site I promise you that we will be much more responsive. :)
