It used to be good
It used to be good. I mean really good products and customer service. The products are still good (I love Sonett and Sodasan) but the customer service deteriorated beyond reasonable in my opinion. First they don't ship what you ordered, then they question you thoroughly, then they offer a refund and some vague apologies. You agree to that refund and then you realise that in order to get what you actually wanted you will either have to pay quite high postage or place another order for 70GBP!!!
To my question as to why I didn't here something like: "we are so sorry, the rest of your order will be with you shortly" I heard "we decided that it was more sustainable not to arrange another shipping to the UK".
I will search for another provider.

We took feedback like yours very seriously and have meanwhile solved this issue. We have revised our internal processes to ensure that missing items are handled much better and more customer-friendly in the future.
