I have had a pretty good experience with this Web Hosting company. I think their support is good and i have always been assisted promptly whenever i need help.

Purchased an annual plan yesterday. Do not recommend to anyone interested in hosting their website as they do not respond.

These guys are the definition of 'poor service and unprofessionalism.' Once you purchase their services, you are on your own; they don't answer their phone or respond to customer queries. Prove me wrong: try calling them right now and see if anyone answers.

I would advise anyone who takes themselves seriously to never subscribe to this rubbish. After 3 years of service we just woke up one day and all our emails, all our data was wiped. Worst service ever, everything else we could forgive but losing every communication and not being able to get it restored by your host is literally the worst thing that can ever happen and it happened to us. If this was anywhere else they would be sued to the tooth. But its Zimbabwe so...

Your customer service pathetic! I mean it's non existent!! You don't answer on Live chat, support tickets and u don't even bother to answer your phones that goes ringing and ringing. Worse, you don't cooperate when someone things of moving on. This is the worst service ever!

I was kind of skeptical at the beginning after seeing a couple of bad reviews, but I have to say it's been 3 months now and my website has not gone down even for a day. Yes, call support is sometimes unreachable, but their Live Chat support has always been there for me. I really recommend their services, Cheers!!

the service is slow

Very responsive, helpful and on point. Felt great asking questions as he provided information in detail and gave me more information than i was needing which gave me a really good idea of what i am dealing with and how to handle my issue. 5Star service

The service is good but the customer relations is very poor. We logged a complaint about the website and emails which were malfunctioning but got response after 7 days.. The guys at the admin never pick up phones and never reply texts wheres they will be online. In order to get their attention you have to bombard their inboxes with a lot of writeups.. I don't see any necessity to run the company when you are even failing to interact with your customers.. I know Ecoweb can do better than this.
