Top notch support
This is the only host I have ever been 100% satisfied with. In the almost 8 months that I have been with ecowebzim, I have never noticed any downtime. In the times where I have had issues, their support is excellent, kind, & fast! Even when those issues were on my end.

Your responses to complains is very poor.
1. I complained about wording editing on our website by now these were not rectified.
2. The issue of receipts. I was never given my receipt for website development till now. I don't know how to account for that payed money.
3. It seems you don't have time with customers. What you only want is money.
4. Termination of service to you is simple. I would suggest. There must be a time frame and a notice.
Am sure these needs to be improved to make ecoweb solutions the best website solution in Zimbabwe.

We highly recommend the live chat for instant replies. Support on other channels may be delayed a bit at times. Receipts are usually sent via mail, If it happens yours didn't arrive on time please check the spam inbox. On termination please note we only terminate hosting accounts that haven't been paid for more than 60+ days. We feel this is a fair grace period for anyone to clear their bills. Regardless we will try to make sure our support is even much better.
