HEFIN is a real credit to the company!!🥰
I went into the Middlesbrough branch opposite the bus station and I was helping by a gentleman named HEFIN. The help I received from him was amazing, he really made me feel listened too and helping me a great amount. I always pop by when I’m going past Aswell and he always has the time a day for everyone. His heart is so kind and he’s a real genuine person, with a heart of gold. I would even nominate him for an award if I had the means to do so. I will certainly be trying to get in contact with someone from the head office to nominate him for an award. My friend was also needing help with ordering a mobility scooter but he is unable to walk he’s actually house bound. HEFIN made things very smooth and easy for him to order. HEFIN makes Eden mobility a safe and calm place to go and visit. He’s a real credit to the company.

Still misleading, lack of communication amongst themselves.I received a phone call less than an hour after redoing my review and I thought I was finally getting helped, I was told that my scooter will be collected and a loan scooter dropped off the following morning even got a second phone call confirming it . Like I said in my last review I've been homebound for some time now so I was looking forward to going out anywhere to enjoy this lovely weather we've been having, waiting all day only to get a phone call saying tomorrow afternoon is when they'll drop off I said I spoke to someone yesterday evening and they told me this morning it was supposed to be, he said I don't think so mate I've only just been told . My point being they don't care and I'm fed up with being fed rubbish

Advice without pressure
Amanda was very helpful choosing which rollator would be best suited for my wife, offering guidance without any pressure to purchase one. After thinking it over for a couple days we chose a carbon one. The price online was cheaper than the shop price (website had not been updated) but Amanda price matched the online price.

I took my mother there for some new…
I took my mother there for some new tyres for her wheelchair and we had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy.
Asked her if she had any tyres I told her the size. I wasn’t expecting any luck as the wheelchair was from the 80’s. But lo and behold Wendy delivered the goods. There was no hesitation I took the only two tyres that she had in stock. We knew what we went for and Wendy didn’t try to upsell any other products or another wheelchair.
Wendy was very welcoming and couldn’t ask for anymore of a welcome to the Wakefield shop.
We need more customer service people like Wendy in other shops around Wakefield.

The service from start to delivery and beyond has been outstanding.
My mum popped into the shop on Monday for a scooter and between both Amanda and Richard got answers to all her questions and he scooter was delivered by Richard yesterday.
