Excellent service and knowledgeable Staff in the local shop.
We visited the former Derbyshire Mobility shop in Ripley yesterday to get help with my husband's walker as the brakes were not holding when parked.
We had spent several long sessions waiting for calls to the new phone number to be answered - over half an hour each time - and none were answered!
We decided to get on the bus and go to the shop instead of wasting any more time listening to the irritating recorded message on the phone!
When we got to the shop Julie greeted us and set about sorting out the brakes for us.
Within a short time she had solved the problem.
We had bought the walker, and its predecessor, from Julie and it was good to see her again.
That aside, Eden has made it nigh on impossible to get help for equipment when it needs attention. The local shop cannot be phoned, neither can the designated repair facility. the only way to get in touch by phone is the number on the website but it is not answered!! Your takeover is damaging an established, well-loved business and causing a great deal of stress to customers who need help.

Great service at Eden mobility (Clyde)
Went into a well known Glasgow mobility dealer and ordered new scooter, ended up getting messed about so cancelled order. Then went into Eden mobility (Clyde) on Wednesday afternoon,spoke to Harris explained I was let down by another dealer also explained I was going on holiday on Saturday and needed new scooter the one I wanted wasn’t in stock,but Harris said no problem I would have it by Friday.
Then to make matters worse the other company hadn’t cancelled my order, meaning I caused me problems getting new scooter, but Ann from Eden stepped in and sorted it within 5 mins, so new scooter ordered. Harris called on Friday morning and said that was me all done just to pick up scooter. Thats what I call customer service and both a credit to the company. Once again I would like to thank Harris and Ann for straight forward no hassle service, what a team.

Another positive visit
Went into the Mansfield shop to try and get a couple of Glo and Go walking sticks. Product was available so visit was a sucess. As ever, Paul was really friendly and helpful. Thanks again for all your help.

You need to visit this shop
We accidentally found the shop in St Helens. We are so so glad we did. Laura the manager was so helpful. She explained the difference between each scooter that we enquired about for my mum. She was so lovely and gave the best advice that was relevant. Her attitude not only for the company she worked for but also for providing the service and professionalism along with it. We bought a brand new scooter that worked out £400 cheaper than buying online. Laura mentioned the delivery would be between 7 to 10 days but said it’s alway quicker than that. We bought it on Wednesday 12th August and my mum received it this morning. Laura you most definitely deserve a raise.

Amazing Shop
We have just been for a look and Wendy was very accommodating and more than willing to help us find what we needed . Fantastic Service
I cannot thank Ben enough at your Lincoln store. I went in with an issue with my mums mobility scooter battery/charger.
Because of previous experiences with other companies, I was feeling overwhelmed and upset and what is a difficult time in my mum and my families life. Ben instantly made me feel at ease. He dealt with me and the issue in a professional, calm and caring way.
I went back to the shop the following day to continue to sort out the problem, as he advised, and I had my 6 year old son with me. Ben was also great with him.
I left the shop with my mum's scooter fixed and my faith in people restored. Thank you Ben.
