Don't use them if you can avoid it.
I would recommend staying well clear of this company.
Unfortunately an agency that I got a contract through, use them for inside IR35 contracts, and it has been miserable.
When you join, they conveniently ignore whether you opt in or out, and just opt you in to everything.
And when you try to opt out of the things you had already opted out of on their form, you have to waste a ridiculous amount of time caling other companies and wasting your time on hold, instead of them fixing the problems they created for you.
Ridiculous company.
