Do you really want to waste your time ?
Client for more than 5 years, EDENRED had been unable to settle a simple 'Domiciliation', documents have been sent several times per year. Their accountant for Luxembourg is done in Belgium. Late in the delivery of the tickets, service apologise every 3 months saying the situation is solved then 3 months later you receive letter from 'Recouvrement' department that you have note paid invoice where it is cleary written money will be taken by domiciliation. If you do not want headaches you know what you have to do...

Good service, but payment issues recently Date of experience
Recently, some customers had problems paying with their Edenred card in our restaurant. The card sometimes did not work, which caused inconvenience for both customers and our business. Apart from this issue, the service is generally good, so I give 4 stars.
