Really disappointed with the result of my faulty boots.
Bought Ariat boots for £259 and there are 1 month out of the year’s warranty. The zip has broken which is disappointing in itself for an expensive product.
I contacted Edgemere via email and had a quick response saying that they are out of warranty so Edgemere cannot help.
My ask was that they pay for a repair, I was not expecting a refund or replacement. The email was followed up by a phone call as I was not happy to accept that there was nothing the Edgemere could offer.
A voicemail was left for me saying ‘please call Edgemere and we’ll see how we can help you’. Only for me to call back to be offered a repair by a local repair company, but the cost would have to be completely covered by me. I fail to see how this “helps me”? Especially when the repair company is not local to me as I live in the Isle of Wight.
Meanwhile, I’m left with faulty boots with a cost incurred by myself.
So disappointed in the boots and Edgemere. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer, nor will I be recommending Edgemere.

Everyone can have issues. How you handle them defines you!
Ordered a pair of boots for my wife at the beginning of May (2 public holidays). After about a week, having not had any notifications about the order, I emailed customer service and received a response from Tom about an hour later. He apologised for the delay (technically it was still within the 3-5 days quoted) and looked in to the order for me. It transpired that the boots were out of stock, and although stock was expected in a couple of days, I was offered an "in stock" alternative at no extra cost. I accepted and these arrived the next day.
Very happy with the level of customer service from this company. Its nice to be able to talk to someone and have them take ownership of the problem and get it resolved.
Will definitely use this company again.

Really really good service, complicated because they didn’t have exactly what I wanted on their website, quick phone call, do the order and we will sort at this end, and deliver by Friday. They sent exactly what I asked for, on time, at a very good price 😊

Exceptional Service and Great Management Team
Having shopped with Edgemere for around 18 months I have experience nothing but exceptional customer service. Professional / prompt and have even taken the time to send me pictures of what is in stock in the shop for surprise presents for my husband. Recently I purchase some jodhpurs from a top equestrian brand which unfortunately turned out faulty after use. I contacted Edgemere in which the item was returned and replaced completely hassle free within 1 week. Shout out to Tom the manager who we have always dealt with who has the very best interpersonal and professional skills. I must also add they are extremely knowledgeable on all equine products and clothing and if unsure will steer you in the right direction for your needs!

I have just got an 8 week old puppy and wasn’t sure what exactly I would need. After some Googling it seemed I would have to spend a fortune on everything but the staff at Edgemere helped me select the important products which I was going to need whilst my puppy was young and I must say they were absolutely spot on!!
