Money paid for digital subscription - no access and ignored by customer service

I paid for a subscription to the digital version of a magazine. I could not access it and they told me to wait a month. They then gave me incomplete access instructions by sending a boiler plate email that needed the blanks filling in with the critical access information, but this was left blank Three months later, still no access, no response to multiple emails, no response to letter sent by post and no refund. Company not to be trusted.
