My first time using E&D Boiler Maintenance, and I must say, a fantastic experience and service!
Managed to fit my job in same day that I contacted them as it was an urgent repair - communication was superb, arrived on time and everything fixed within an hour.
Ruben was very efficient, clean & tidy and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the Grant Oil combi boilers.
I shall definitely be using them again for all my Boiler work.

This was the first time I have used E&D Boiler Maintenance, but will not be the last. Excellent all round service from the polite and efficient office to the engineers themselves. Kept in touch, arrived on time and completed the job very satisfactorily. Highly recommended.

We have been with E&D Boiler Maintenance for over 20 years, and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They look after us so well. All the routine work is scheduled in, at reasonable cost, with no hidden extras. Even better is that when - like the day before yesterday - our boiler locked out, Reuben appeared first thing the following day, to fix it. The company is great to deal with. A trustworthy local firm.

We have used E&D several times over the last couple of years or so and each and every time the service has been excellent and prompt with knowledgeable engineers. Reuben is a superstar and always goes that extra mile to assist. Prices seem reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending E&D.

BOILER INSTALLATION. We have just had a new ‘Grant’ boiler and hot water cylinder installed by E&D Boiler Maintenance Limited from Rickinghall and we are delighted with their service. Ed and Reuben are very knowledgeable and helpful. They made an excellent job of the installation at a very competitive price and were really tidy and clean workers. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Our heating stopped Friday morning for no apparent reason. We were about to “bubble” with our daughter and new-born grandson, so a cold house would have been something of a disaster. After doing all the usual checks, we phoned E&D and explained the situation. Reuben (fine fellow, very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable) visited late on Friday, and got it going, Things seemed OK overnight, but the heating stopped again in the morning.
Reuben came back on Saturday, after he’d finished a day-long complete boiler refit, and spent a considerable amount of time with us, sorting out what turned out to be a problem with oil flow.
Since then, we’ve had no more problems, everyone is happy, and I even suspect the heating is working more effectively than before.
So – from all of us, including my daughter and new-born son: thank you to all at E&D for your prompt and effective work.

After a problem with my central heating boiler I phoned and left a request for help over the weekend when they were closed. I had a call back around 0900 on the following Monday morning offering a visit at 1100 that day. I was slightly concerned because I had to go out that morning, but I agreed. When I returned the engineer had completed the work and gone leaving a note clearly explaining everything he had done. The central heating boiler is now working perfectly.

We have been using this company for several years to nurse our elderly oil boiler. They have always been polite, professional and prompt. We have found that they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are happy which is quite rare these days. Great service, great value, great company.

Excellent service. My recorded message was promptly replied to. Booking was made to view / price my job, and they attended exactly as promised. Quote was given and date fixed for job.
