Disorganised; wouldn't use again
This was my first experience ordering directly from Edward Bulmer and never again. My interior designer uses their products and like them; maybe trade clients get a different experience. As a retail customer placing a top-up order, it has not been good at all. I ordered two cans of paint; one was delivered in the wrong colour. I don't know why they don't check their orders. The replacement was delivered but the collection of the incorrect tin hadn't been booked. So now they're trying to ask me to wait in again while their mistake is collected.
