I have spent months searching for a replacement engagement ring that was both beautiful and unique. When I found one from Edwards Jewellers I wanted to be sure that it would be right for me. From my first email, Oscar was so willing to help, with extra photo's and measurements to reassure me that this ring was right for me. Then, to top it off, he had it resized and sent out to me so quickly! It was securely packaged and sent with such care. Even down to the wax sealed envelope with the reciept and details for Insurance purposes. Its like everything was covered that I didnt even know I needed covering. Thank you so much Oscar. Like many other reviews, I could not fault the customer service given from start to finish. I fell in love with my ring when I saw it but it needed resizing. That little matter was quickly sorted, my ring arrived today complete with insurance valuation, beautifully packaged and the ring is just as expected. Thank you
