We were recommended to Edwin Lake by a colleague, and from our first contact, we have been completely satisfied. Emma was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding of our needs. Her great and timely communication ensured that all our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.

Both Emma and Richard displayed a high level of professionalism and thoroughness throughout the process.

Richard even took the time to call on the day of our (level 2) survey to explain and talk through his initial findings, which we greatly appreciated. The report we received was clear and detailed, and Richard was more than happy to clarify any points we were unsure of.

We were so impressed at the level of service we received when buying our first home, we went straight to Edwin Lake again when buying our second. Have also recommend to friends and family. Excellent communication, detailed reports which are perfectly tailored to the age / design of the property. Our first one was a period property and Richard laid out perfectly what options were most suitable when renovating it. Hopefully not moving again soon, but whenever we do, we certainly won't be going to anyone else for our survey.

I contacted Edwin Lake to conduct a valuation on my fiancés house so that we could settle the help to buy equity loan - my only regret was that I didn't use them when I had mine valued for the same thing.

From start to finish they have been fantastic, Emma who made the booking is an absolute pleasure to deal with, Richard who completed the valuation was brilliant too.
