It’s a complete SCAM, do not buy anything there.
I bought a coat, 3 weeks later - a cheap copy of it arrives from China. The company does not take any responsibility and doesn’t reply no matter how many times you chase.
Just stay away who still can and I’m sorry for everyone affected.

I ordered a jacket that looked so cheap when it arrived. I set up the return and paid for it myself - €25 out of pocket. I never got my return paid back to me so I lost €100 with this sham company. I will take it up with my bank. DO NOT SHOO HERE.

Ordered a £60.00 jacket - never arrived. Reached out several times. First response said it was shipping issues. After that, there was never a response.
Tried to contact on instagram. No response. Tried to comment on a photo - turned their comments off.

This company is fraudulent. Do not shop from this company.
I did not receive my item, no response from the company and when I raised a claim through my bank the company provided false shipping evidence. I will be reporting the company to Action Fraud.

I leave one star because it is not possible to leave zero. It is a scam! Don’t buy from this company. I gave my money, never Received the product and I’m asking to have full refund but cs doesn’t act on it. Also extremely unprofessional. Please you all, flag this website as scam.

This do not buy anything from this store. What they advertise is not what you receive. Cheap quality and you have to return to china. The company is register under a false name. Their company is under the company name Neve London Ltd. Company number 15341386 and their address is an off-licence in Liverpool.

Shipping from China. Received damaged/used item. Edyisa does not respond at all - tried using email/facebook/instagram. Order No. 28894.

Do not shop from this shop!! Very cheap quality clothing, I bought a coat and returned it as I wasn’t happy with its quality. When I emailed them to inform them I would like to return it they told me their London storage was unavailable and I had to return it to China. I paid the return cost at the end of November to the address they provided and I still haven’t heard anything back. No return issued and zero communication. AVOID!!’n

Please do not purchase from this company. I placed order super excited to get as it looked like a great bag (via Instagram). When I receieved the bag it was damaged on the front opening flap, there was a heavy indent on both sides of the flap due to the way it had been packed. It's a very obvious flaw. I emailed them 4 times and no reply at all. I have since tried to fix myself with applying heat etc and the indents are too deep so there is no way to fix the bag. I am super disappointed as I paid almost $300 for the bag. Wish I had of seen the reviews before I purchased.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I wanted to return my items and they told me their UK office is closed and that I would have to send to China. I looked for their Chinese address and they have not responded. Also the jackets are nothing like the pictures.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The coat looks nothing like the images, the material is cheap and it's a terrible fit. I requested a refund to be told that "UK storage is currently shut down" which means returns can only be sent to China at the cost of the buyer, or you can receive a 30% refund. This information is deliberately concealed on the website and so it appears you can return items easily and quickly. I have requested a refund and despite being assured that it has been sent unsurprisingly it hasn't arrived. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered the suede coat. Totally different quality to the one advertised. Contacted and they offered 50% refund or to ship back to China (despite their website saying London based) at my own cost. Decided not to chance returning, paying postage and then not getting a refund anyway and opted for the partial refund. A confirmation email was received to say this was processed and would take 5-7 days. Never received the refund and now do not get a reply. AVOID!!!!

I purchased the suede bag and the blazer. I purchased the brown blazer but the color I received was incorrect camel which did not fit or look like the photos or reviews online. The bag however, was actually cute and looked like the photos so I don’t mind keeping it the only thing is that it has a smell to it. I did message them about the blazer and they didn’t reply for a week so I had a feeling something was wrong. After looking at the reviews I realized I should have ordered from a better company. After a while I finally received a response and they gave me the same story as well except they also gave me the option to receive a 30% refund or return to their China address. This time I responded with asking for their China address. Had I known they were coming from China I also would not have ordered. Anyway, here’s the address and info for their china location for anyone who wants to try and send it back. I’m afraid that even if I return, it will somehow get lost and I will never get my money back after paying for shipping too.

First of all, on their website they say they are in London and that is a lie. It is all from China. I ordered a blazer that they said was suede and it is made of maritime material. It is polyester. I want to return it and they tell me that I have to send it to China, that the offices in London are closed. LIE, THEY DO NOT EXIST. That I have to pay the shipping to China when I supposedly ordered it from London. It is all a bit of a scam and the quality is infinitely poor. DO NOT BUY!!!
They also said that shipping took between 5 and 7 days less and it took me almost 20. Obviously it didn't come from London as they claim.
On Instagram, comments are disabled.

Stay clear of this website, total scam. Your items will look nothing like they do on the website, and you have to pay to ship back to China for anything you don't want. I would say you get what you pay for, but they're not that cheap and the stuff is still garbage.

A fraud! The jacket is not even close to pictures and when I asked to return they gave me an address in China and return on my own expenses!
