18 calls within a 5 hour period to try and suck more money out of a family member, is disgusting behaviour.
You should not touch this company, and if they come to your door, then make sure it is slammed fully shut against their noses.

EE Glazing take feedback seriously, but the claims made in this review are completely untrue and misleading. You have also posted this with the name 'anonymous' and no quote reference, contract reference or any other details to verify your review at all (despite our request for this).
There is no record in our system of any contract, quote, or order matching the description/value provided. We also have no record of the alleged number of calls you claim were received. EE Glazing has strict compliance procedures in place regarding sales and customer communication. Suggesting that our team harass our customers is wholly untrue.

Just had 12 windows fitted by EE glazing and what an amazing job they have done. I could not be happier with them. I was sceptical throughout the whole process but they did everything and more. I had many quotes from different companies and EE glazing offered the best quality windows for the best price. Highly recommend them. Thank you for your service.

The blokes arrived at 7.45 this morning and got straight on with the job. They were polite considerate and covered everything with dust sheets. Even brought the radio inside when I said a neighbour works nights. Windows look great and have been finished to a high standard.

The installer’s arrived on time and…gave a good overall service
The installer’s arrived on time and immediately got to work,they first covered all furniture and carpets around the windows to be replaced then got to work removing and replacing the windows ,they did all the work quickly and thoroughly over the two days that were allocated,the team were polite clean and tidy

Great windows
We had all our windows replaced on 3rd Feb by Darren, Simon, Cameron and Ollie. They did a grand job considering the awful weather and did their best to clean up afterwards.
Luckily I had their salesman return a few days later to give us a price for some further work. I was able to say that the bathroom window hadn't been cleaned on the outside, but I couldn't reach it. Ethan showed me how you can slide the opening window across and how the vents work. Only reason for 4 stars is perhaps there should be a short manual that comes with the windows. Otherwise the windows are absolutely first class.

A complete roof replacement
2nd Feb, Chris, Stanley and Luis arrived very promptly to replace our 25 yo conservatory roof, with new glass panels. The job was quoted to take 2 days. I was astonished to see them complete this job by mid afternoon. These 3 lads were great in that they were courteous and polite, clean and tidy and professional and were a credit to EEGlazing. The whole process was completed with no hitches, great communication from the company, and no dramas on the installation. I would definitely use this company again.

Jack, TJ and Lewis worked diligently with obvious skill. It was a shame that some glass was cracked and one was wrongly measured. This did not disrupt the fitting, which was completed in 4 days. It was a big job with 15 windows, a door and patio door. I was amazed at the lack of making good needed and how nice it all looks. We are delighted with the result.

They were prompt and kept working solidly- removed all debris.
The only reason for missing 5 stars is the amount of sticky stuff that I struggle to clear from surfaces. A bottle of spirit/ remover would be helpful
