Today we had all our window fitted by Darren, Simon and Cameron they were very polite friendly respectful of our house and did an amazing job on fitting all our windows.
We couldn’t rate this team enough

Wrong colour door, missing a window and repeated phone calls asking if I wanted anymore work done before resolving the ongoing issues.

21st July the work was carried out. Wrong colour door was fitted and a window was missing from the order. During the time it took to get this finally resolved I received multiple phone calls asking if I wanted anymore work done to the rest of the property. All ignoring the ongoing issues and that I've repeatedly said I wouldn't use this company again.

I previously wasn't going to write a review but to get a phone call 6 months later to ask how my experience was and if I wanted anymore work done on the property with the man on the phone just hanging up in the end after telling him about my experience. Here I am.

I was also suckered into buying triple glazed windows to reduce the noise of a nearby road but due to the air vents that are required the road is now probably louder. After being repeatedly told that it would reduce noise by X% I'm realising now these guys just make it up as they go.

A job well done. Installer, Tom arrived promptly, worked efficiently and left the site clean and tidy. He was friendly and approachable.

We had our bay windows and upstairs bedroom windows and one on the upstairs landing put in today. There was a team of 3 employees Darren, Simon and Cameron who arrived around 8.40am.
The job was finished approximately 5pm. The guys worked really hard and their team work were excellent and wouldn't finish until they checked every part of the job. We are extremely happy with the windows and the teams work. I would recommend EE Glazing.

I continue to be delighted with the service, quality, and value offered by EE Glazing. They have just completed my conservatory, having previously installed my windows, and once again they exceeded my expectations.
From the initial introduction with Jack, through the survey, and on to the installation by Chris, Andy, and Lewis, every stage was handled with professionalism and care. The quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and finishing touches were exactly as promised. This consistency is why I have returned to them time and again.
The respect shown for both me and my home was genuinely appreciated. As is often the case, it was the small things that made the biggest difference, maintaining cleanliness throughout the work, treating my home with care, and leaving everything spotless and tidy (including the loo!!!).
I was also delighted to meet Taffy, who took the time to visit and ensure everything was satisfactory following the installation, very much a personal touch. A thoroughly well-deserved five stars.

we booked to have 3 doors replaced. Ordering was straightforward and helpful. The fitters, Darren, Simon and Cameron and the 2 men who came the first time were all polite, efficient and quick. They tidied up afterwards and we are very pleased with the result.

Had windows and doors fitted today, fitters came early and got straight on with the fitting and had them finnished by end of the day. Thank you Darren,Simon,Cameron and Luis. highly recommended

They arrived super early. Put down the carpet protection and just worked hard all day. It was Ryan and Niall who were really nice. The windows look absolutely fabulous. Really delighted with them.

From the initial knock on the door to the finish & farewell the guys have been great. Nothing was too much bother, there was no hard sell or pressure. The installation team - Darren, Simon and Cameren - top notch. Friendly, polite, and tidy. Doubled checked things before going ahead. Worked hard. Very professional.

I had a lovely bloke called Taffy who visited about my windows very impressed I will be saving to buy windows Ty again Taffy

Had my guttering & facials done yesterday by two lovely young men Dean & Fraser they were both very professional & polite people all the time letting me know what they were doing & asking if I would like to take a look, they also cleaned up all the mess, and were even singing while working showing me they had a passion for what they do, when my wife came home from work she was really impressed by the quality of the work done, the two men did not even rest once but worked right through I would definitely recommend this company to anybody

We couldn’t be happier with the service from EE Glazing. From start to finish, the team have been professional and friendly.

Initially spoke to Neil who knocked on the door to see if we were interested, we had actually been talking about needing a new front door so this came at the perfect time - he was very polite, not pushy and friendly too.

Our initial consultation was with Ethan, who was polite, friendly, clear, honest and extremely helpful. We didn’t feel pressured into a sale, and he was patient and informative with any questions that we had at the point of sale and afterwards over the phone, he was also extremely helpful in providing mock ups of what our door might look like to help us make our decision.

The door surveyor was also extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgable with any questions that we had.

Our door fitting team today was Darren, Simon and Cameren. They arrived on time, were very polite and friendly and worked efficiently and ensured that they cleaned up any mess made from their work.

Would definitely recommend EE Glazing to anyone!

We had new windows installed yesterday and the whole experience was great.

Darren, Simon, Cameron and Oli turned up on time and worked flat out all day. It rained pretty much the whole time, so things were bound to get a bit messy, but they just cracked on and got the job done. The windows look great and the quality of both the windows and the installation is excellent.

Very happy with the end result and would happily recommend them.

Brilliant experience with this company from start to finish.
The sales person Zoe was very professional and so was the surveyor.
I had all new windows and external doors fitted in my house and was so impressed by the standard of the work done and the materials used.
The team I had working on my property, Gary, Duncan, Martin and Lewis were very professional, punctual, hardworking and respectful and did a fabulous job fitting all my new windows and doors as well as cleaning up afterwards.
I would highly recommend this company.

Having being measured up and quoted by Jack who did not pressurise in any way but was very helpful with my questions we agreed to have the windows which were fitted yesterday. Ian and Ryan were the fitter’s and I was very impressed with how they went about their business very friendly and professional they covered all my furniture and carpets and on completion everything was in a tidy state you would barely know they had been there. More than happy with the product and we even had a visit from Taff and Hannah from their quality control team to make sure we were happy. No hesitation in recommending this company.

A man called Taffy knocked my door this morning.
He told me he was knocking the area as they had a customer close by was having work done.
Telling me about their January sale.
My windows were over 20yrs old so booked a free quote.
Ethan then came round this afternoon and went through everything with me.
Both Taffy and Ethan were very knowledgeable and answered any queries i had.
After speaking to my children I will be booking to have my windows replaced next month.

Thank you EE Glazing for the great customer service. No pressure. No gimmicks.
10/10 very happy with service so far.

Just today got my soffits and guttering done by four guys,Darren,Simon,Cameron,oli, really done a great job, highly recommend.
