1 Star would give this company less if it was a option. This is my second review$$$$$ BUYER BEWARE$$$$$$ I'm trying my best to warn everyone so not order from this company. It is a complete scam. You will see somebody act like there responding and apologizing to me in this review. T the ust me it's all a lie. I'm in connection with the BBB right now having then investigated along with 14 other people that's gave these people they're hard earned money. They even went in and deleted the emails that sent me along with all my order info including fake tracking numbers and the whole none yards. Lucky I screen shoted all that haha.

I ordered a pair of glasses, early February. Was trying to see the status of them. And I can’t anywhere with that chat thing just keeps saying time ran out. Keep doing the verify my email. And say time ran out to get reply. Put the order number in and it says cant be found. Not impressed at all.

Beautiful Glasses!
I received several pairs of sunglasses, reading glasses and prescription glasses from EFE to display on my social media account. All of the styles are ultra-chic, and I especially love the wine-coloured reading glasses with pink trim on top! Gone are the days when reading glasses had to look boring and conservative. These styles are playful, colourful and modern. The sunglasses make me look super cool and do a great job of protecting my eyes. (So important to me because I have cataracts.) My two pairs of prescription glasses bring my world into perfect focus. Overall, these are excellent products!

I would recommend this company for anyone. I ordered progressive lens and they are great. Everything fits perfect and the quality is very high. It took about three weeks over the holidays so I'd say , Not too long. but the tracking information wasn't too good.

Customer service is horrible. First they told me my package had been delivered and to please check my mailbox again, it’s the size of a shoe box, is locked but I do, they tell me to go to the post office, I do, twice, then they tell me to call the same post office that i just went to in person and now they tell me the package has been signed for, but that not how it works here. the mailman leaves a notice in your mailbox and you have to take that notice down to the post office and pick it up. IF it were a package you needed to sign for. I would never do business with them. their product might be good. but they don’t care about their customers
