The pair of glasses I bought from the local ophthalmology center today is broken, so I took off this pair of glasses. EFE not only exceeded my expectations for their customer service, but they now consider me an eternal customer. I like my glasses and plan to buy more. My glasses arrived 10 days after purchase. This is approximately the same time it takes to receive them at my local ophthalmology center, but I have more options here and the price is moderate.
