Efficiency Boilers  

An initial rocky start with efficiency boilers due to a rude member of staff, the boss really stepped up and dealt with the issue with true professionalism and efficiency of service, getting us a new boiler within 2 days as our boiler was broken. Truly impressed with how the issue was dealt with.

Where do I start...

I applied for a new boiler with these guys and got a call back within a couple of hours...a few short questions and ping - was told a surveyor would be in touch.

The surveyor called me to arrange a date, took a few pictures of my existing ancient boiler, and got on his way.

Efficiency boilers called me back almost immediately to talk me through my options and advised the plumbing team will be in touch, 48 hours later they did, and arrived on the date arranged.

The 2 guys were really professional, installed my new boiler, checked the pressure/ hot cold water, gave the pipework a once over to check for leaks etc and the little mess they did make was put right adequately. They ran through the boiler controls and left the paperwork with me.

All in all this is how I think these sorts of jobs should be done, quickly with good communication and professionally.

Very efficient, service, from start to finish. Took the company 1 week to fit the combi boiler and apply the underfloor, insulation.
Company rep, very helpful and proffesional, although I didn't get to meet him.
Fitters, were excellent, took 5 hours to complete the work .
I will always suggest and recommend this company, to anyone, on Benefits.
Please don't go anywhere else.

As true to their brand name, yes very efficient. Mr Suleiman is easy to talk to and very understanding and considerate. On the contrary to the bad reviews I have read, I have experienced a very pleasant one. I recommend this company to everyone.

We have had underfloor insulation and also a new boiler done and the whole process was fantastic. Both jobs were done very professionally and to a high standard.
