Excellent survey and service from Imtiyaz and the team. Excellent engineers who answered all questions very efficiently. Also made sure the house was well clean and disposed of rubbish well. Very hard working engineer. Will make sure I recommend to others.

The process from initial contact to installation of boiler has been very efficient. Efficiency boiler staff are professional and friendly, they are knowledgeable and very efficient. The process has been seamless and trouble free from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I had a boiler fitted 3 months ago, and the engineer Aamir refused to come out unless we paid him. We could smell gas coming from the boiler, called out the emergency gas and they found a leak on the boiler from a faulty screw. Disgusting that something so serious and he wouldn't come out unless we paid him, even though it was under guarantee and he told me to contact him if I had any problems

I just wanted to say a big thank you to yasser who is an angel, as my boiler broke down Christmas eve. I had no heating or hot water for 4 days and as we all know how cold it was, temperatures were in the minuses. Yasser contacted me on Monday via phone and visited me on tuesday and assured me that by new years eve (within 3 days) my boiler will be in place and up and running. He sent his team out to put under floor insulation on Wednesday. Thursday new years eve his engineer arrived nice and early and by 3pm my hot water and heating was up and running. He was true to his word and understood the emergency as the weather was very cold and pushed our case through as urgent and everything was perfect and everyone involved was professional. I personally can't thank you enough yasser and your team.

Taz came to do the survey and explained everything to us clearly. The engineers came a few days later and fitted the boiler and under floor heating.

Had these guys round to replace boiler and underfloor insulation the boiler was fitted great but they did make a mess of my cellar. Tools were thrown about and left a mess
