Did not deliver what was paid for

Did not deliver what was paid for. Don’t upsize the bouquet as your recipient will only receive the smallest quantity and also don’t expect to receive the flowers in the description. I upsized for my Mother’s Day flowers and what my mum got was a small bouquet of the colours I ordered but different flowers, we never buy lilys and they had replaced some of the flowers with one lily and lots of green filler. Very strange. The company responded in a very smug way saying they were happy they were of correct colour and looked healthy.

Mothers day delivery missed

I ordered flowers for mothers day which I have been told will now be very unlikely to be received today. They have offered a voucher toward a future order which is not an acceptable option as they are insisting I spend more money to get the benefit. I raised this by email and they have not offered any discount on my current order. Never again. And I would advise others to avoid.

AVOID

where do i start.
Firstly i’d ordered flowers for a family member who’s grieving.
The flowers i’d ordered was pink roses & lily’s a beautiful looking bouquet which was just under £60 i can not believe the flowers she received im so disappointed & disgusted knowing they were for someone who’s lost a love one.
If your thinking of using this company i would recommend you don’t as the picture is nothing like what you will receive
You should be ashamed of talking people’s money as the flowers i can buy from a garage would be nicer

Disappointed Overload

I can't begin to say how dissapointed I was with what I recieved from this company.
I spent £34.95 on flowers for our anniversary.
The flowers were half dead except 3 roses they were fully dead.
The arrangement was worse than a petro station flowers and probably 4 x the price.
I paid extra £5 for a vase which I expected them to be in but no that was seperate a plastic Poundland vase.
Iv just been so let down by this company and I could see the brave face my partner put on to say thank you knowing id spent money on them.
Never again will I purchase from this company I know for a fact I could have got nicer flowers from Aldi for probably an 1/8 th of the cost.

Very poor, misleading service

I chose this florist because of the bouquet photos and colours, don’t make my mistake! The bouquet was nothing like the photos. Poor quality, much smaller than photos even though I chose large. Delivered in a box, to the doorstep by a parcel company. No where in the description did it say delivered in a box. I certainly didn’t think they would be left on a front porch , door step. The flowers were poor and I felt embarrassed as a gift to a friend who was recovering from surgery.

I received flowers from my mother in…

I received flowers from my mother in law as we had just lost a baby the flowers arrived 5 days after delivery dispatched date on the box, flowers all dead. A reallt nice gesture from my mother in law has been ruined I won’t ever use this company.

Do not use, rubbish company and flowers

I really would recommend staying away, tried to send flowers for wrong delivery date and when they did arrive they were rubbish, only about 10 stems of poor quality flowers and not fresh, complaining was pointless, honestly save your self the trouble and get a £5 bunch from Tesco’s they will be much better than the utter trash this company sends out.

An absolute disgrace of a company

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mum for Mothers Day, a large bouquet at the cost of £35.
These flowers were delivered a day early so not even on the special day and oh my were they awful.
I paid for a large bouquet which were arguably a small bouquet and were extremely malnourished. 3 of the roses were actually dead. The rest were all dried up and by Monday hadn’t even attempted to open.
One of the roses was so dead that it was actually black underneath and inside and just fell off the stem when I touched it.
I emailed the company complaints with photos to prove just how disgraceful this experience had turned out and I demanded a full refund and apology. I did get the refund but as for an apology, the company didn’t take responsibility nor did they give me an explanation as to why these flowers were delivered in this awful state but instead wrote “ I am sorry to hear of your disappointment”!!!!!! What an absolute joke.
I truly hope people read these reviews on this company before ordering from them as I didn’t and ended up disappointing my own mother on Mothering Sunday.
Only giving 1 star as 0 is not an option on Trust pilot.
Stay away from this company at all costs or you will face disappointment.

Absolute joke sent me someones card for a lost one, an the flowers we for Mother’s Day wouldn’t give me a refund they actually sent me out a replacement when I clearly told them I didn’t want any of there flowers again, disgusting

would give zero if I could

would give zero if I could. I made an error with the postcode for a delivery, I contacted them within 1 hour of placing the order. They have refused to help me, won’t change the postcode and won’t cancel the order. No response to my request to make a formal complaint. No contact phone numbers - just copied and pasted generic email replies. I am so upset as money wasted on flowers my mum won’t receive and I can’t afford to order more. Please don’t waste your time or money with these vile people.

Wrecked flowers in substandard birthday bouquet.

I received the flowers on 9th December 2022 the evening before my birthday on the 10th sent by my Husband. I opened the box straight away it was supposed to be a large Rose and Lilly bouquet with a small box of Lindt.
The flowers were broken the Lillys had lost a lot their buds and they were not loose in the box so they must have been put in damaged, also the remaining buds were very small and there was evidence that some pest had been chewing on them, most unpleasant. The Roses were very tired and droopy and they had no foliage just two or three leaves near the flower head and they were broken and twisted. Who treats flowers like this, foliage helps in displays without, it is difficult to make and arrangement. My Husband said the tiny box with just three chocolates was also wrong it should have been larger according to the advert he had seen.
This company has not responded yet to my complaint email that I sent early on the 10th Dec '22 and judging by other customers verdict on them replying, it seems doubtful that I will get a an answer.

Very poor service

Very poor service, very poor communication, ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery and paid for, still not arrived 2 days later, no response from the 20 emails I have sent, courier shows received but no movement from then, flowers were for a very special occasion as was part of a proposal now postponed due to the poor service and lack of communication, discusting service, customer service is so poor it’s unbelievable, no way to contact by phone, I’m going to take this complaint to the highest level and put on all social media how poor and advise not to use this company. Very very poor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My flower looekkd dead on arrival

I received a present from someone who had used eflorest. I cant update them as they would be mortified. The flowers arrived in a large box - dried up looking dead. If I had taken a picture of them to the gift bearer they would have been upset. This was an unreliable service and not the quality of goods that should be used for presents. I am grateful for the gesture but disappointed that the person thought I had receive a lovely present. Eflorest - you need to buck up. The standard of the flowers was unacceptable.

One star is too many

One star is too many. Absolute rip off, avoid at all costs. Ordered flowers for the anniversary of my dad's passing, the flowers that came were nothing like what was ordered and there were bunches and chocolates missing. Absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs. Considering seeking legal advice because of the stress and upset caused to my mum.
