As mentioned by others here, the density is NOT AS DESCRIBED. The seller provided foam which was IDENTICAL to soft foam previously purchased and the seller advertised this as "severe density" meaning it should be MUCH harder. Hence the product WAS MIS-SOLD. The seller was obstructive and has poor customer service. As the seller knows, it is not practical or cost effective for us to return the foam as the shipping and travel to shipping office is hardly worthwhile so wants the claim rejected, very, very poor business practise.
Firstly do not be fooled by the .ie. This company is uk based and so delivery of the foam can be a problem - often works - sometimes doesn't. Mine never came - could not be traced - the promised refund did not arrive and communication has ceased. Previous order was fine but when this goes wrong it is a real hassle. (This review will also appear with the UK reviews as they should be joined) . Also cut foam can be obtained from an Irish based company for half the price of eFoam.

Brilliant service and an amazing mattress. I bought the cheapest in their line up but it's far superior to anything I have slept on. I will definitely be buying from them again soon for my pull out bed. Thanks efoam!
I received my foam today. It was to replace the horrible filling inside my futon cover. We had looked everywhere for a FOAM ONLY Futon but couldn't find any & found this website. We decided to empty the cover off the weird wool bits & other rubbish it was filled with, then hoovered the inside, ready for your foam. It fits perfectly and looks much smarter...the cover looks gorgeous like brand new with the new foam. Thank you also for your prompt delivery. I would highly recommend your website & foam.
